Good service, would have liked to see more street lighting and wider car park spaces, and an indicator at the bus stop to let you know how long till the next bus

We found the long stay parking facilities without any difficulties. Lots of parking space and the transfer was very straigh forward as we were dropped outside the airport entrance. On return again no problems in accessing the long stay parking. A pleasant experience.

We were very happy with the service provided and would use it again. One tip- remember to record the zone and number where you park your car, so that when the transfer bus is dropping you off on your return in the car park- you will go to the right spot!

The car park was well sign posted and easy to find. The zone direction sign was another example of efficiency and the bus drivers were very friendly and helpful, putting one at one's ease.

couldn't fault this carpark, execellent in everyway, i was 2 hours late and never got charged.

Entry into car park fine, on exit machine did not recognise the pre paid ticket so had to press for help , after answering a few questions finally let us out. Had already booked again for September so will see if we encounter the same problem.

couldn't fault the parking at all. straight through the barrier to an open zone and in the airport within 20 minutes. one thing to remember is the zone number,lane number and bus stop number for your return..

i did not get the right ticket going in but staff efficient sorted it out with little delay. I forgot where I parked my car, my fault got off the bus at the wrong one and was wondering about this vast place looking for the right car park. that was a bit scary and no help phones anywhere for me to get hold of anyone which might be helpful.

Easy to book on line, instructions clear, staff helpful, buses frequent, prepaid ticket easy on exit given vehicle recognition - and all this for a very good discount from the regular parking fee (in exactly the same parking place!) Thanks!
