Representative was at the agreed place when we arrived and one was sitting in our car when we returned to the same place one week later. Perfect, trouble-free experience.

After minor panic about making contact before arrival, it was good to drop car off at terminal for dawn flight, and great to get into a warm car after delayed return flight and foggy landing. Only niggle and not SimplyParking's fault: signing from terminal to Red car park (to pick up car again) is very poor and we kept the driver waiting while we tried to find it (arrival is well signed.)

Going to the airport and checking in is usually very stressful, especially with 2 children and luggage in tow! So just being able to leave your car at the door was very convenient and a simple phone call on arrival back with some very tired people made it an excellent service, I would definetly use this service again. Drivers and attendents were very courteous and helpful, highly recommend this service.

I have got into the habit of parking at Stansted this way. On each occasion the experience has been excellent, and I would not willingly return to other parking methods. It may cost a little more, but in my opinion it's well worth it.

Excellent service, well worth the money. Collection of the car on departure and delivery on our return was faultless and very efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anybody wishing to avoid the nightmare of using long stay car parks. Will definitely be using the service again.

We arrived earlier than expected this was no problem, staff were there when we arrived. On our return our car was waiting for us with staff ready with our ticket for exiting the carpark. Instructions were clear and concise about dropping off and picking up. Better than our experience at Gatwick!!

This meet and greet was a really excellent service. We were supposed to phone when we were 20 mins from the airport, but they phoned us before we got the chance and were there waiting when we arrived. On our return journey, even though we caused a delay after they brought the car back, they just adapted so that we weren't inconvenienced. Mega.

I collected my car only to find a 12" scratch along one side, which appears to be the result of a scrape with a wing mirror. I was really annoyed that this was not pointed out to me, and it was only my own vigilance that brought this to the attention of the operative who seemed completely disinterested. I am still waiting for a suitable reply and satisfactory conclusion to this matter. Very very disappointed with the service provided. I have in fact now used two different meet and greet services at Stansted and both have been extremely poor. Would definately NOT use another service provider. I have seen where some of these vehicles are stored and do not feel they are in a safe environment anymore. You take my money and return it with probably several hundreds of pounds worth of damage and very little customer service so far.

The only thing that took me by suprise when I got my car back was that the clock and radio clock were all out by several hours and the electronic compass needed resetting. Either somebody was fiddling about with them or perhaps they disconnected the battery. The latter wouldn't cause me any alarm if someone told me it would happen. Only being away for a week, this was the last thing on my mind. This has not however put me off and I will gladly use the service again.

THE way to go with kids and luggage for a 2 week holiday. No struggling on/off buses with luggage and kids. Could be improved by meeting directly outside the Terminal rather than at the 'pick-up' point but that may be due to the current security clampdown. In any case there are lots of trolleys available so not too bad. Well worth the (slightly) extra expense.

This was an efficient, well-organised service. It took the stress out of our arrival at the airport and was an excellent way to begin our journey home at midnight. I would recommend this to other travellers, especially those travelling at awkward times.

This was our first time using Easy parking. We were very impressed with the prompt friendly service we recieved. Outbound, we called ahead as advised on booking form and staff were there ready and waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. we did drive past drop off point at first as there are no signs, just staff in high visability jacket who flagged us down. Upon our return, we were called by parking staff as we made our way through passport control. by the time we had collected our luggage our car was ready and waiting for us so we could continue our journey home. Communication and service was fantastic. Costs a little extra to use this service, but well worth it. Will definately use again. Well done and many thanks to the staff.

The only done side to this service was I had to give time of arrival to drop-off car and you worry incase you are late or too early and you can,t always judge the traffic. Also wasn't quite sure where to meet driver when dropping off car and had to phone to find out and there were no signs.

Have had bad experiences in past with meet and greet services, but decided to try again as my elderly mother waould also be travellimng with us. Met at airport, and despite the fact we were a little late arriving no complaints from the greeter. On our return the plane was delayed but after clearing customs, called for the car and it arrived at the same time as we did at the designated spot. The overall service was excellent, the staff polite and I would have no hesitation in using again.

It gave our holiday a perfect start and finish, we will definitely use the service again. We just called the telephone number from the M11 junction 7 (heading north) and by the time we got to the airport car park our contact was waiting. The return was just as easy.

The drop off and pick-up was faultless follwing the instructions and despite a delayed return flight there was no extra charge or problems. if you have kids and a wife that gets stressed i would highly recommend this collection and return service.....plus price was cheaper than leaving in authorised dropped off and courtesy bus services. !

As there were several companies offering this service the only problem we had was locating the "right" man with a clipboard who had our keys on our our return. Also there is a slight moment of panic as you walk away having left your keys with a stranger at the beginning but otherwise I felt it was worth the small extra cost and wished i had done it when the kids were smaller!!

Staff cheerful and efficient so we would use them again. Very very minor criticism that no one answered the phone at first then we arrived back - we had to try a second time a minute or two later. It panicked us as it was just before midnight and we thought they might have gone home! But they hadn't!

For anyone with a young family, this is a must. We have used the service several times and have never had a glitch. Staff are polite and efficient and the condition of your car is checked and signed for before you hand over the keys. And to be on the way home within 10 mins of clearing customs is just wonderful. No more crowded shuttle buses for us!

Generally the service was great, however my car turned up much dirtier than I'd left it, bird droppings and just generally grimey (I'd only had it cleaned the week before). There was also and extra 37 miles on the clock. I expected the car to be kept off site but didn't think it would have that extra mileage on it when I collected it.
