Never used this type of service before but my wife hates the long stay bus journey so I thought we'd try it. Not sure how they manage to return the cars when there are many people on one flight needing their cars back - but they seemed to manage it. This was at Stanstead and they receive the car and return it to a ground level short stay. It may not be quite so easy at Heathrow/Gatwick, but, as I say, worked faultlessly for me.

Brilliant hassle free way of leaving the car at the airport and no more expensive than getting a taxi both ways. I was 30 minutes earlier than stated for both my departure and arrival times and was still met within 5 mins of telephoning. They even pay for you to get out of the car park! I will definitely use them agin, particularly when travelling with children.

For only an extra £10 on what i would have paid for for normal long stay car parking, it was well worth it. Probably saved and hour on parking, walking and waiting for buses. Will always use this service now at any airport. They were waiting for me when i arrived, and when i returned. All ran on time. Very pleased.

We booked the day before our flight, and thought we might be a bit late, but no problems with arrangements for flights both ways. We came straight down to the carpark, and the car was there. It will be even better when Stansted Airport finish their renovation work close by. Thank you.

For a little over a fiver per person more we could park right up to the terminal met by very friendly happy attendants for so horribly early in the morning. And they parked my car for me. I thought this saved time and took alot of the worry out of catching a flight. Recommended.

Great service, just think the cost is a little high, also, driving my car 40 miles to park off site, so have to factor in cost of petrol for that as well. Heathrow car parking is more competitive than that offered at Stanstead airport. Will see if I can fly from Heathrow next time.

The driver who took the car was very friendly, especially it was 6.30 am and cold. He explained the return procedure very well. The driver who returned the car, again was very friendly and professional. We would throughouly recommend this service and will be be using it again ourselfes.

We had a very good jouney to the airport and arrived about 20 minutes early. I phoned ahead to let them know I was arriving early and the staff set off and were just a minute or two behind me. A very professional and friendly staff who were keen to load your cases for you. I had no qualms handing over my keys. The return was just as good an experience. The car park they use for storage whilst you are away is very close to where you drop off the car so you do not return to see a high mileage logged on your car. I will use meet and greet from now on.

When I arrived your driver was waiting, she was extremely pleasant and efficient and helped me with my luggage - great help for a lady travelling on her own. My return was the early hours of the morning - it was the same agent and again even at that time she was just as pleasant and waiting. An excellent customer experience that made my journey so much easier. No more long stay buses for me!

A great service and the staff were friendly enough - although a little bit like "used car salesmen"! We had a negative where the wing mirror was damaged on our return - no blame was accepted so it is left to us to fix. Probably wouldn't use again due to bad customer services once the money has been taken.

No major issues, the only gripe was that someone it seems had played around with the car stereo on our collection. Would certainly use again, a very useful service.

We were notified the night before by Ryanair that we needed to arrive three hours before departure and we forgot to let the parking people know and they were unable to pick us up early so we did have to wait around - our fault for not letting them know.

Easy Parking really lives up to its name! It was everything I hoped it would be, but in this day and age didn't really expect. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Well worth the premium to guarantee a great start to a holiday.

I had never used a Meet and Greet service before - always using the "normal" car parking service. However after this experience I will always use this service. It was so convenient (even with a very early morning departure and very late evening arrival). Excellent value for money - it may be slightly more expensive than the usual parking but it's worth it.

It's so easy just to turn up to the dedicated area and hand over the car key. None of the usual trying to find a parking spot near the bus stop in a zone you forget. Relaxing confidence in knowing the car will be there to greet you. We will use Stansted Easy Parking again.

Well worth paying a bit extra for this service rather than the long-stay car park. With three toddlers this service is invaluable and we will definitely be using it again.

As we have 2 young children it was great to be able to get straight back to our car without all the hassle of using buses and trying to find our car late at night.

What a great way to park, no hanging around, straight in and straight out. Well Done!
