Absolutely fantastic. Once in the past they were slow in coming with the car, but this time they were there bang on. Thanks Meteor parking!

Great service , especially driving right up to departures, and texts to remind of number to call an excellent idea.

Excellent value for money we always do valet parking when going away but this was the most prompt and efficient service would highly recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.

I liked everything about the physical service. The only things that could be (easily) improved are: - should have been advised to use road marked "for authorized vehicles only" to get to drop off point - would have saved time and uncertainty; - when I arrived to collect the car I should have been advised that the collection point was on the departure floor, and not just short term parking (to which there were no signs at the arrivals level. Otherwise, excellent, friendly service. I will certainly use Meteor again, as they were also excellent value.

They did what they said they would do without any fuss or delay. I found the directions to the drop off most helpful and when I got back, even though I was early they were there waiting for me. 100% quality and service so rare these days

The pick up driver was very curtious and efficient. The car was there when we walked into the car park. No waiting

Dropping car off was great and convenient. Pick up of car on return was slow. Took over 20 mins from call. Very pleasant and polite staff,.

Car return very slow - told on website that would be met at terminal but waited 1/2 hour outside at pickup zone. Chased up on car delivery & when finally arrived - told to wait at barrier , but car remained where parked - returned to car after 5 mins & given keys then was able to drive to barrier.Driver had forgotten instructions he had given me!

Having decided at the last minute to drive to the airport, I checked which car parking options I had and Meteor was the only one still available the night before. I was really impressed with the price and the service they delivered. I would definitely use them again - the staff were excellent and they were there within 10 minutes both on departure and arrival, as promised.

It's is by far the best way to park the car at Stansted. Having travelled with 3 small children, I had no problem at all with that bit of the journey.

The whole process was smooth and slick. All the staff we had to contact were pleasant and effecient

Meteor at Stansted were more professional than my experience with a different outfit at Luton. They answered the phone quicky, efficiently handled the paperwork, and carried out pick-up and drop-off seamlessly with professional and uniformed drivers. I will use them again.

I would recommend this service to everyone. It costs only slightly more than the long stay rate and yet is so much more. The system worked exactly as described and staff were efficient and helpful. I will definitely use this service again.

I can't say it was exactly service with a smile but both drivers were polite and we didn't incur any problems. Drop off was quick and we only had to wait for 5 minutes for our car on return. Suitcases loaded and we ready to go... quick and simple.

On our outbound trip we had to wait for Meteor upon arrival at STN even though I'd called them en route as requested. On the return trip (which was after midnight) we had to wait for 25 minutes outside the airport. Having used other meet and greet providers, I would not recommend or use this company again.

Second time I've used Meteor, and just as impressed as first. Will never use the car park again, as this is cheaper, easier and quicker. A no brainer. Thanks guys.

Fast, efficient and very cheap. I thought the price quoted was too good to be true, and was convinced something would go wrong. I even considered using a rival firm simply because it charged more as I didn't want to take a risk. I fly a lot as my wife is from abroad, so Meteor people, I'll be back. Thank you.
