Great service on drop off and collecting . Only negative point was the outside of my car was absolutely filthy ....... not sure where cars are stored !

the staff were pleasant, punctual and helpful. Very good direct ions as where to be met and where the car would be delivered to on return

On my return to stansted, i phoned when i had cleared customs and collected my luggage. I was told there would be a 15-20 minute wait. I made clear that i thought it was rather a long time for meet and greet parking. In fact 22 minutes later and following 2 further phone calls my car arrived. The driver explained that they were very busy but that isnt my problem. When i book meet and greet i expect just that otherwise i could pay considerably less and use long stay parking and get to my car just as quickly.

Driving all the way to Stansted from Manchester we opted for Meteor hoping for a hassle free method to drop off/pick up. Well, a 3 1/2 hour drive and we got to the drop off point right outside departures, where the Meteor guy was waiting. Unfortunately he pointed out our missing tax disc immediately, explaining they couldn't take untaxed cars. After some frantic searching we realised someone must have nicked it when it was unlocked sometime in the recent past. We had no proof and I was trying to calculate if we had the cash and time to opt for an unscheduled visit to long stay parking. Fortunately Meteor checked on some system or other and confirmed that the car was taxed. Meteor clearly go over and beyond the call if required and our heartfelt thanks to the chaps for sorting this out, for their understanding and good humour, and for bringing the car back just as we got to the car park for pick up. Overall Meteor come highly recommended from us and we will definitely use again.

Would definitely use Meteor again when travelling from Stansted. Both drivers were friendly and courteous. They were waiting for us when we arrived and arrived within a couple of minutes with our car on our return. On getting back in my car, it had only travelled a couple of miles and they had put paper floor mats on top of my own mats. The whole experience was completely stress free. Ten out of Ten!

To leave the car in front of the departures and get it back outside the arrivals, this is the best way to deal with your car at the airport...

Very easy to use 'Meet & Greet' service, on time for both drop-off (6:00am) and collection (10:00am), good value for 3 nights meet & greet parking, cheaper than some regular short & long stay quotes!!

This service couldn't really have been much better. There was no hanging about waiting for buses, which is a real pain when you arrive back late at night, and the staff were punctual as well as friendly. This is the second time I've used this service in the last 12 months and both time have been excellent as well as very good value. Although it probably varies across the year, on both of these occasions this meet & greet service has only been a few more pounds more than longer term parking and has no hassles of waiting for buses.

The only slight hitch was that I had to phone 3 times on arrival back to Stansted. However, this was not a problem as overall the service was excellent.

Great value, and the convenience of dropping the car at the terminal front door is wonderful. It was also very easy to meet the car on our return, with no hassle or bus transfers to worry about.

The booking was easy. Alterations were easy at no extra cost. Pick up and drop off were very punctual. Test message reminder before pick up was useful.Very reasonable charges. Difficult to see why I would not use them again.

This is the first time I have used Meet and Greet parking and it certainly wont be the last. Its worth every single penny of the slightly added expense (against regular parking). As a lone female traveller with a very heavy suitcase, this service was an absolute godsend to me .. particularly as it was raining, I was tired on the return journey and just wanted to get home. It was WONDERFUL to have my car picked up as soon as I got to the terminal and then waiting for me on my return, it pulled up just as I walked out of the tunnel to the car park ... great service and couldn't fault it at all ... THANK YOU!!

They meet me on time when I was going, easy and fast to drop the car, they took pictures of the car before they took the car away and I got it back as I left it. I would definitely use them again when I travel I'm happy with the servise they provided. Keep it up, thanks. B

We had to cancel on the day due to our daughter having an accident. Emailed customer services not expecting them to be able to do anything as per their terms and conditions. BUT they were amazing, rearranged it at no cost!!! Fantastic!!!

From the time of booking to the final collection of my car the service I received was faultless. The instructions were clear and concise, the drivers arrived promptly both on departure and arrival and were courteous and efficient even providing the change required to exit the car park. All at a considerable saving over other similar service providers. Excellent!
