Price was good, booking was simple and instructions for dropping off and collection were clear. Driver was waiting when we reached the airport. When I phoned to collect car, I was told they would be 15-20 minutes, which they were. I will use them next time I fly from Stansted.

The actual parking service was very good, the staff were efficient,but when our vehicle was returned it was extremely dirty, it had either been parked near to a very dirty muddy puddle where cars had been drive past at speed or it had been driven at speed through a very dirty muddy puddle.

Much cheaper than any other service I found and with not a bus in sight to and from the door of the airport and service with a smile. Thanks for a great parking service will definitely use again.

Only problem was on returning to Stansted; rang up from baggage collection, was told car would be back in 20mins, took 45-50mins. Bit dissapointing. Should have been more honest on the phone. will still use Comstrad though

Everything was as it should be except the car was plastered with heavy clayey mud underneath, which is now sitting on my drive. They also managed to get mud inside the car on the passenger side. How?

This was the second time I used this type of service and was satisfied with the way I was dealt with. The driver collected the car on time and also returned it within a very short time after I made the call. However, only on reading the paperwork through did I realise that the car would be driven about 10 miles away from the airport, which did not make me very happy, I did receive it back in good order though. All in all it is a good service and takes the hassle out of using buses back to long-term or mid-term parking lots. E. Burrell

Negative experience was condition of car on return. It was splattered in mud including mud on the seat & door rim.

The service was very good although we did wait a little on arrival at the airport. When our car was returned the sides and boot were covered in mud, which isn't how we left it, very good value for money.

this time the mileage was an extra 35miles on clock wich was rather high,

No problems with the service. Only complaint is a strange one, Car very muddy when returned even on the inside of the door, so not too sure what happened there.

Very good value for money - cheaper than the mid term stay car park but had to wait 20 minutes for return of car but it would have probably taken me 30 minutes on the bus to the mid term car park anyway. I'd use them again.

It all went fine, however the car had a significant amount of mud on the sides, wheels, top side, etc. Worst was a couple of slashes of mud even inside! Anyway they apologised and said the car had been placed next to a road transited by trucks! I cant say I am happy with them for this because my car was very clean when I left it to them.

Service was great, we paid £47 for a week which was cheaper than taking a train or other public transport. Valet was there to greet us both times and they were really friendly. Would definitely recommend your services again, thank you.

The car was collected promptly when I arrived at Stansted but it was about 40 mins. before it arrived when I returned from my trip.I was told that it was due to roadworks

Driver arrived to collect our car within 15 minutes of our phone callto announce our near arrival, and similar time to deliver our car back to us, after our trip. Friendly men

We followed instructions and arrived on time but waited over 40 minutes for the "meet and greet". The car was delivered within a reasonable period on our return.

Friendly, efficient and really good value. Only mild criticism was the amount of time it took to get through on phone. Would recommend and would use again.

Even with the parking exit fee to pay they were still considerably cheaper. Punctual both on the outward and on the return - even more impressive when the flight return time was ahead of schedule.

With regards to the pick up, use the bus station as a point of reference. Left or right of bus station when you exit terminal.
