I have used comstrad twice so far and I will use it again in the future. I can recommend to anyone.

The convenience of short-term parking at a fraction of the cost of long-term. I don't think I would consider any other parking option at Stansted from now on.

No mess, no fuss, quick and easy from drop off to pick up. Friendly staff, well explained system would definitely use again.

We arrived slightly early and that proved no problem at all. We were instructed acuratly which car park to take the car too and the Valet was there ready and waiting for us. Even though it was blowing a gale and chucking it down with rain the driver was very chearful and helpful. On our return I had discovered that I had lost my receipt,after collecting our bags we contacted the agent who again directed us to the car park and he arrived just as we did. The lack of my receipt proved to be no problem at all and after a couple of checks I was handed my keys. I would reccomend this service to all my family and friends.

Took 15mins to answer phone.Then 30mins to collect car.Poor start.Car delivery on time.

We used this company in October when we went to Greece; we will use them again if they prove to be as low cost as now.

Only complaint is having to dial an 0845 number which can only be done on a mobile as it has to be when entering airport road. These numbers are not included in a mobile's call package. A normal landline number would be better. Otherwise a good service.

Everything was easy from start to finish - booking and using the service. Price was way better than other firms looked at. Guidance and information was straight forward and staff were friendly on the phone on arrival. Staff collecting and dropping off car were just great, friendly, courteous, punctual and quick. Would definitely use this serviec again.

No problems easy quick and efficient service. A very polite employee. As it was extremely cold upon our return to Stansted the driver had warmed up the car and put on heated seats. A lovely touch so we were soon on our way relaxed in a lovely warm car. Super service.

When I rang to collect my car they said they had a back logg and I had to wait over 50 minutes for the return of the car. Also on returning the car the representative didn't even apologise for the late service. The other issue was I left my car with enoght petrol to get home, it was by chance I checked the gauge to see it was showing red empty. When I asked where the car had been parked the guys said 30 miles away, so the the round journey was 60 miles on my clock. They said this was in the T&C so be warned. It will be cheaper to get a company that parks car nearer. This has completely put me off of using the meet and greet service again as I feel you have no control on your car. Would never use this company again or recommend.

Brilliant value for money. We were a lot earlier than anticipated as there was ittle traffic on the road but we did not have to wait long for the driver to arrive.The drivers were both very nice, helpful and very friendly and we will definatley be using them again.

I wasn't aware that you can't drop off at Stansted anymore so when I called at 5am in the morning to say I was 10 mins away I was told to go to the Mid Stay car park and wait for about 10 mins, I asked why I couldn't go to drop off and was rudely told that they don't do it anymore so I had to find my way to the Mid Stay carpark which I wasn't familiar with in the fog, only to be called when I just arrived to make my way to the short stay car park so I was a bit all over the place and wasn't happy with the way I was spoken to. However, on the return it went very smoothly.

could do with an ordinary landline to ring when arriving and departing. The number available to call is expensive to ring !

Everything went smoothly from dropping the car off to collecting it at the end of the trip. Would recommend

The pick up point on our return was a long way from the Terminal Building. Fine for us but a long walk for the elderly

i would use Comstrad again very good value for money, very punctual the only criticism i have is that the drivers carpet was muddy and the car was very dirty
