friendly and helpful attendant on duty, secure and simple car parking layout with good surface (no holes or puddles), frequent coach service and short journey to airport.

i found this facility easy to locate. the coach was modern and comfortable. Even though there were only 2 passengers on the coach(us!!) we weere transported immendiately to the airport. The drop off point is one minutes walk from the entrance to thew airport which was useful as we arrived in torrential rain. We arrived back to find the couach waiting for us to board immediately.

The description on the web site of how it would work did not match the reality - you will be met and you will hand over your keys etc - did not match reality. Also it was not teribly clear if buses on demand after midnight meant that you had noted the arrival time of the last Ryanair flight or if we had to phone to make a specific request. THe bus dirver did not seem to know how many people to expect off the flight i.e. there was no sense that there was communication between bookings and client transfer requirements. Despite all that , it went ok. People are, however, tired coming back especially at midnight and probably more anxious abut being looked after when they arrive.

Bus was waiting when we got there for a prompt transfer to the airport. Only had to wait 5 or ten minutes on return. No fiddly check in on arrival at car park or when leaving just drive straight in and out. You keep the keys and the guards check your number plates then lift the gate.

one minor point though the driver should inform you that pick-up will be at he same point as drop-off previously you had to cross the bridge to the north side for pick up we did this missed the pick up and had to wait for the next one otherwise first class will use you again and inform friends cheers

as i quoted in my summary if each car parking space was numbered, as it was in the previous watson's car park where it nade it much easier to find the allocated space. also if the bus dropped each car to it's own space or near on return as it did in the old car park which was very helpful especially when i as a single elderly female returning alone late in the dark and forgetting where my car was, found it a bit eerie, so lets hope something can be sorted out to rectify this problem.

Parking At Watsons car park is made extremely easy for you with a large well presented and secure car park and the added bonus of no 'messing about' in an office with paperwork etc just keep your keys and get on the bus. Excellent service. Will definately use again. Thank you

Has improved from last year with someone at the gate to allow entrance and exit. Transport to airport was punctual although on the way back I had to wait a bit longer than expected. I am wondering if this was because my flight was 15 minutes early and the bus schedule maybe does not alow for this.

my only moan is that as a regular user the lay out has changed fairly recently , and unless I was mistaken the spaces are no longer indicated by letter and number and thus on my return I was slightly delayed looking for the car as in my haste to jump on the coach ( waiting on my arrival to deposit the car) I forgot where I left it and had to search for same.

have recommened this service to alot of people and will without hesitation continue to use Watsons. no hanging about makes a good start and end of the holiday.

Easy to find, helpful staff (held up bus while a 2-year-old needed toilet!) and prompt service. Could have better shelter and waiting accommodation, but since the service was so good, mayber there's no need for that.

Easy park car, keep keys so you know where your car is on return, excellent value and transfers to Airport. Will use every time from Preswick Airport. John

new car park good but no numbering on rows and it was difficult to remember and find your car. also the driver could have helped more with cases being loaded into the racks on the bus.

The car park is really easy to find. When I went in to the Car Park I was directed to a space. The bus was quick and drivers very friendly. On return there was a bus waiting and again great service from the drivers. The car park is really good and easy to use. Will be using again if I fly from Prestwick again. Would recommend parking here.

Service and cost was excellent. Real friendly welcome. parked car and transfer bus was waiting for us at end of parking lane, and when we arrived back at Prestwick the transfer bus was waiting for us again. Very impressed, will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

on time which is always good when you just want to get to the airport and then back to your car,and very helpful friendly drivers.

Buses are small and can be crowded but it is a short distance and doesn't cause a problem. Checked in and directed to space without ever leaving the car. Bus then picks you up from your parking space so you don't have to walk with luggage. Seems to operate like clockwork.

The service was very efficient - you arrive, confirm your surname, park, get on the bus then wait up to max. 15/20 mins to be shuttled the 5 min journey round to the airport. The return was as punctual and efficient. Good value for money comparatively.

Absolutely no problems with Watsons whatsoever. Pleasent welcome. Simply park the car in allottted area. Bus picks you up,friendly service. No hanging about waiting on return at Prestwick for bus. No need to leave car keys. Would definitly use this service again.
