Helpful staff, convenient location and hassle free pickups, an excellent service. One small point. It might be useful if the sign giving your new location as being "at the end of the road" indicated an approximate distance.

Got spooked when I approached the barrier as the lady said good morning Miss Turner. I thought how did she know it was me hehe. First class service have used Watsons carpark on numerous occasions over the last few years and find them to be great value for money and worth there weight in gold.

A very efficient service, plenty of parking spaces and transfers were quick and easy with coaches ready and waiting. Very helpful staff on the coach to assist with luggage. Excellent value for the price.

I would have no hesitation in using this car parking facility in the future. The staff were helpful in particular the bus driver who assisted with our luggage. I was completely satisfied with the level of service offered.

An excellent package on offer from this car park at a price which is extremely attractive to holidaymakers.I would advise anyone flying from Prestwick to seriously consider this car park.Check in and out of the car was superb although you must remember where you put your car as you must collect it yourself on your return. All in all a good start and end to the holiday.

The winter service could do with some extra thought on your part, as in helping to clear the car park no3 from snow. It was very dangerous and some people had major difficulty getting their cars out.

Good value for money. Did find waiting time was longer than previous experiences (a lot of people needing transport) with little shelter on cold, wet mornings. On return, we were not sure where to get bus back. Would have helped to be told it was same place as airport drop-off. We assumed it would be across the road as going other way! As a result, we missed return bus and had to go backwards-forwards across the road via bridge which was time-consuming impeded by luggage. Will know another time though.Car parking itself was perfectly secure and we are well satisfied.

when we arrived we were told we had to go to the airport to park car. the car park was a good bit a way over a busy road as we all were in our sixtys with a case each and hand luggage plus it was pouring with rain it was not a great start to our holiday.we also had the same thing to do when we came back.

The booking system was easy to follow on line and confirmation followed immediately which is always reassuring. Directions were clear and we had no problems finding it. On arrival the staff were obviously expecting us, they recognised the car and addressed us by name. Spaces were quite limited as it was busy but no matter where you parked you were never far away from a bus stop.The coaches ran regularly but, if there was a critcism, there was not a lot of luggage space on the bus especially when it was full on the return journey when passengers are looking for transfers at exactly the same time. THis is not so much the case on departure.

Great delivery and pick up service with no waiting at all. Friendly staff and good parking. The bus used is full size so you dont get ten travellers crammed into a mini bus like some parking providers do. We had a delayed flight (by one day) and they answered the phone within three rings and had the extended stay organised instantly with no drama. Really good and hard to beat service.

The instructions and map that we had on our booking were confusing and it took us a long time to find the correct road. once there however the service was excellent. We would use this again and of course will be easier now we know where we are going!

Easy to find from Edinburgh. Staff were helpfull on arrival and the airport was only a few mins away. Return bus came quickly and the driver was very helpful and caring. Would recommend Watson's Ayr Park if you want to save money from parking at the airport.

This was our first trip from Glasgow Prestwick after going on foreign holidays 2 or 3 times a year for the last 35 years. It would now be my first choice as I did not find the extra distance from Glasgow to be too bad. Finding the Parking was easy and leaving the Parking to get back on the the correct road north was also easy as you go straight on to an A road rather than Motorway. Sometimes you can leave the Parking and be unsure about what road to take. Also, the bus was already waiting for us - there was no need to phone Watsons to say we had landed. Will definitely use again and will recommend. Bill
