coach driver very helpful as was checkin attendant, no hesitation in recommending and definately will use this service again as i travel frequently from this airport

Only drawback is timing of transport to and from carpark. Have waited as much as 20 mins for bus at both ends. Despite having just landed and with no luggage to collect, arrived at bus stop to find bus had just left. 20mins at 23.00hrs on a freezing January night is no fun. At least if you're waiting for a lift, you can wait in the warm airport building. Apart from that, everything else satisfactory,

a very efficient and friendly service that i would be glad to use again or recommend to anyone seeking secure parking at the airport

It was a cold morning and we were told to wait inside our car for the bus, which incidentaly arrived within a couple of minutes. No waiting time at the other end and we were dropped right back at our car. Excellent service.

really kind and courteous service. only had to wait one minute for the bus to the airport and it was waiting on us on arrival back into scotland. really quick service. will recommend this company and i will use them again. my partner is disabled and we got parked right at the start of the parking block which was just great

Found the place easily enough and were greeted pleasantly by Reception, The gentleman was prepared with all details for our arrival. Overall a very good experience and would use again.

The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. We were picked up punctually on our arrival at the car park and again when we arrived back at the airport. The transfer is stressless and carried out without delay. On arrival back at the carpark we were dropped off by the bus exactly at our car in the car park. No walking involved. It was a very personal service and we cannot fault it at all. I would certainly recommend Watsons and in future they would be my first choice for parking when flying from Prestwick.

Absolutely brill - dropped off my wife and child at airport and then took the car to Watsons. They joined the queue at the Airport and I was back before they were at the front of the queue. Likewise on the way back my Wife waited for the cases and I went to collect my car. They only had to wait less than 5 minutes for me.

a well run , efficient and friendly parking service..transfers were superb to and from the airport... will certainly use Watsons in future.

when we arrived ,the bloke on the gate directed our car to our spot ,within minutes the bus driver had loaded our cases and we were on our way to the airport.staff were happy to help,same thing on return ,back at the car within minutes.only complaint was frozen windscreen,suppose they cant control the weather!!!!!!

Easy to find - staff on arrival friendly and (most importantly) happy. Bus service quick and unlike most other air parks I have used the vehicles were immaculate. Driveragain friendly and very detailed about pick up arrangements. When we landed back the transfer vehicle was waiting for us and at the other end we were taken right to our vehicle. Have used this type of facility all over the world and this was one of the best. Other operators in particular in Glasgow,London,Edinburgh and Manchester learn how to do it the Watson way !!!!!!!!!

staff knew our car registration and names before we arrined, access was easy and fast, the same was applied on our return. we will not have any problem booking with watsons if we decide to use holiday destination and airport again.

Despite very early morning and late evening flights, as promised, the bus transfers to the airport were within minutes of me arriving, which was execellent. All other aspects fine too.

bus waited next to car going. was waiting at the stop on return. took me right back to my car. spot on

The check in was quick and efficient, the bus was ready and waiting to leave for airport immediately, We had a couple of minutes wait at bus stop on return which was fine and got dropped off at the car. We would definately use this car park again.

Too long a wait for transport on our return, It was freezing, raining and blowing a gale. The bus shelter was no great comfort!!

No problems encountered. Found site without difficulty. Staff were friendly and transfers were on time.

Arrival was fine but had to wait approx 15 minutes at 23.45pm in 0 degrees for the pick up coach on our return. Apart from that the service fulfilled our needs. Thank you.

Efficient and well planned alocation of parking on arrival at car park. Timely transfers both to and from airport with helpful and cheerful drivers on both journeys.
