first class service both directions,car park to airport transfers, excellent, first time i have used this car park, and would use again

We drove to the carpark from Glasgow and used the directions printed from the website We found the site no problem. When we arrived at the check in box I was greeted by name and given a ticket and told where to park. When I asked about the bus coming to get us when we returned the person in the box said he had the time of the return flight and the bus would pick us up. When we got out the car after parking it the bus had arrived and was waiting behind our car to take us to the airport which took about 5 minutes. On our return the bus was waiting for us and even though I had lost the ticket with the number of my parking space on it this was not a problem. We were dropped off beside the car again. All in all it was a very smooth and efficient service.

first time ive used aiport parking, got the directions from the website and they were idiot proof even at 5.30 am. My girlfriend and i parked up, no tempermental card reading system, just handed over print out of booking confirmation and the fella lfts the barrier and tells your where to park,got onto a waiting that coach dropped you off at bus stop about 50 yards from terminal entrance, you keep your own keys which makes sense to me, on arrival home at 11pm our coach was waiting but the driver informed it was full and we were told to get a lift with the ncp parking bus, bit alarmed but needn't have been really,the driver from that bus came and told us to get on and dropped us off first at our car park, dropped us next our car, drove to barrier and the fella just let us out, pretty simple really, secuirty of parking seemed pretty good too. Low tech entry/exit is definetly the way to go.

Car park was easy to find, easy to access and transfer coach picked us up and dropped us back at our car. I'd use Watsons again.

First time for me, easy to find, bus was waiting for me, straight to the airport, no problems. Coming back the guy took my ticket, knew how many he was waiting for, last person gets on, we go. Took me back to my car and in the driving rain that was helpful. The airport let the experience down by not having a covered walkway into/out of the terminal...other than that I cannot complain.

Directions were clear, parking space was assigned, they held up transfer bus for a minute to let us park and catch it. On return transfer bus arrived in good time, and dropped me as close to my car as manageable. We were pleased and impressed with the service and will gladly use them again.

Car park was easy to find. Allocated parking spaces on arrival helps save time: no driving round in circles! Transfers take you pretty much to the front door of the terminal building and were awaiting our return. First airport parking i'v used where our names were checked off as we got on the bus (good to know they care whether we're left behind or not!) and leaving the car park was easier than some as you keep your own keys: no need to queue, you just drive off. Altogether a good experience and will definately use again if flying from Prestwick

all staff very friendly and helpful. bus was waiting on us and immediate transfer to airport. on way back bus waiting on us and dropped us right at car. overall very punctual excellent value service

well signposted, friendly staff, bus waiting to take me to airportand had to wait less than 5 mins for bus on my return

The admin & parking has been streamlined since my last visit a few years ago.On arrival you are now allocated a ticket showing your parking bay & once you're parked the bus driver arrives at your car 7 takes the luggage on board. On the return journey you are again taken straight to your car by the driver & given assistance to transfer your luggage. No worries!

From the directions to the transfers we had no complaints or trouble a very good experiance and highly reccomended

From being greeted by name on arrival to being dropped at car on return I was very impressed particularly by the helpful,friendly and cheerful staff

The carpark was only 10 minutes from Holiday Inn express, straight forward check in to secure carpark and immediate 10 min transfer to airport...... on return the transfer was waiting for us at the designated pick up point- we didnt even need to call them. Thanks for a smooth and faultless transfer.

When we arrived there was a bit of a muddle with our booking, however the staff soon sorted it out and we were transferred to the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight. On return the bus was there to pick us up and dropped us off right next to our car.

We had no problems finding the place or with parking and the bus was there to meet us when we got back. The car was ok so all in all the car park was good.

Arrived. Given a ticket and parking bay number. Parked car and waited around five mins for the bus.Five mins from airport by bus. Return trip was around a 10 min wait at the pick up point. Good service.

Arrived late at car park by the time we had given over paperwork for booking the controller had contacetd the bus who was waiting at the car and sped us straight to the airport and made it just in time. I have used other parking service in the area who were disgraceful had cause to complain and was given a free parking pass which I wouldnt even bother to use. I will definately be using Watsons again thank you for a great service.
