Parked at Terminal 3 at Manchester and great instructions, well signed, easy to park, 3 minutes into the check in desk, easy exit on our return, good value.

As identified by other users the only issue i had was finding the car park!!!!!!!! Otherwise it was great. I would certainly use again

As a lone female traveller arriving at the airport in the early hours of the morning. Parking at the multi-storey at terminal 3 was the most appropriate option.Having researched a number of other sites, gosimply.com offered the best price for this particular car park.

So simple to use. The car park was opposite the terminal and all we had to do was drive in, take the ticket and park the car. It was a two minute walk from the car park under a covered walkway and into the building. On return, bags were put in the boot, drove to the exit barrier and pressed the help button. Gave my name and number and barrier was lifted. Can't get any easier than this.

One point of disappointment. On my instructions from your company I was informed to go to a "manned paystation". After searching the airport terminal for a "manned paystation" and not finding one then finally finding someone to assist me to find out there have not been any at the Manchester airport for at least ten years I thought I would be kind to inform you so your new customers would not have the same frustration that I had. It did what it said, other than that it is just parking we are talking about!!

i use your service regularly but this was first time with Skyparks - they had no record of my booking and it took 5 minutes or so for the operator to open the exit barrier

We were very glad we booked this car park and not one of those that required bus transfer. We travelled as two adults with two small kids and, although more expensive, it meant that we could pile up everything (including the sleepy kids) on two trollies and just walk quickly from the car to the terminal, and the other way round on return. It also meant that, in spite of the cold, we were able to leave the bulky winter coats in the car, instead of carrying them to our tropical destination. The car park was easy to find and everything went smoothly in the end, even though the 'actions' required were not exactly as described in the confirmation e-mail. We put only the debit card used for payment into the machine slot to enter the car park and did not get any ticket; we did the same to exit the car park two weeks later, but this was after we spent some time trying to find the non-existent ticket in the car or our purses and discussing whether we had seen any manned payment booths! I vaguely remembered reading in other people's reviews that they only needed the card, in spite of the written instructions, so we eventually tried that and it worked first time. Would recommend it to people travelling with a lot of luggage and/or with small children.

The bays need to have numbers or letters for easy finding.The message said find a manned station but they dont exist only someone talking through the Help button.Instructions need to be clearer

The car park was ideally situated across the road from departures which meant we were in the check in queue within 5 minutes of our arrival. No need for another journey on a bus which can be time consuming when you have already travelled for an hour before getting to the airport. We were not 100 % sure we were in the right area as it did not have any signage on the barrier or ticket machine for stays of 1 week, however we presed the help key and the gentlement that answered was very helpful.
