Normally, we have booked with a park-and-ride company that is based about 15-20 minutes away. Meet and Greet turned out to be cheaper (surprisingly) and we dropped off the car right by the entrance to T1. Paperwork took 20 seconds. It was there on our return and we were driving home 3 minutes after leaving 'Arrivals' - much better than waiting for a courtesy bus, then a bus ride to the remote parking, especially after a long journey. Will definitely use again.

Very straight forward to book in on arrival and on return. The best car parking I've used at an airport and I will certainly use it again if it remains so competitively priced.

The only glitch is that I have used the sevice a number of times and each time there is no immediate record of my internet booking. The team have to find it and then all goes well. BTW it does not take long for them to find it.

As it was used very early in the morning (0500) both the staff and I forgot that we should have been given fast track security access, that had been paid for, and we were not. Due to the time, it was not needed but therefore should get a refund of the money paid for a service not received.

This service was the best i have used and I will be using it again having used a taxi service for so long now I feel this was the best option. When we compared this to the price of the taxi it beat it hands down

as for so called meet and greet it wasnt we booked meet and greet because my husband has walking dificulties on this occasion we had to drive to thier office and then walk to the airport only a short distance but for my huband it was like climbing snowdon we have used other meet and greet and they send a driver to meet you at the departure drop off no walking this is against the trades description act and we will not be using them again

Drop off car park very busy difficult to find parking space. Staff very nice. On return told acr in third row would have been better to have parking spaces numbered.

I wasnt sure whether to use the meet and greet, or the slightly cheaper service where you ring prior to arrival and your car is brought for you. However, after reading reviews, I decided to pay the extra £15 for my car to be dropped off ant T1 and (hopefully) there immediately on my return. The extra - was more than I wanted to pay really, but I wasnt disappointed. The valet parking was clearly sign-posted. Despite the fact that my booking hadnt registered on the system - there was no issue with sorting that out and the staff were very friendly and very quick to serve. On return - the car was where it should be, no waiting about or phone calls or delays required. A little more expensive, but worth the premium to save time, hassle, transfers etc. Would use again, especially when travelling with children.
