Manchester Airport Meet and Greet Terminals 1 and 3 reviews page 2

I originally turned up at the wrong check-in. The staff took my vehicle around too the correct terminal with no fuss at all.

We chose the VIP as with a young child the convinence of the Fast Track we thought was helpful though there really is no other difference with the VIP or the regular service and we had to remind the lady we had VIP to get the Fast track lane pass so they certainly dont treat you like a VIP. The service was convienent and staff present and the car was correct in milaege and fuel. Though we had a number of scratches on the car and it was awafully dusty from being parked outside. Overall a fast relaible serivce which does as it says could be much better for the extra money VIP is and no way is it different to normal parking.

Everything went as stated on the instructions. The car had 3 more miles on the clock so I assume it was parked offsite.

when i arrived at the car park my booking was not on the system. The young lady on the desk was very polite and helpful and sorted the problem out very quickly and i was able to carry on on my journey with the minimum of fuss

Valet parking right next to Terminal 1. My car was available in a very convienent location just outside the terminal building.

I found the drop off point very well signposted and so convenient for the terminal. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and I found the whole experience extremely pleasing. Will recommend to others and definitely use again. Thank you for making the start and end of my holiday so trouble free.

This was the first time I have used the meet and greet and I would recommend it to anyone. It was so organized going and coming back with no problems at all. Everything is so close and puts a nice start to your holiday and an easy departure too. Sign posted brilliantly and the customer services hut is close for handing in your keys. Staff are lovely and helpful and explain everything perfectly.

No issues with the added convenience of dropping and collecting the car right next to the terminal (T1). All I can say is marvellous, marvellous and marvellous!!!!!!!

Very convenient when travelling with small children! Could do with easier access to trolleys on arrival at the car park and make sure you have a £1 coin!

Turned up, parked car, booked in in 30 seconds, walked 100 metres across walkway and was in departure hall in 2 minutes. Great!!

The signage to find the meet and greet was clear, the security was good before they let me in, my keys were taken from me (so I couldn't lose them!), I was given a coloured, laminated card (so I couldn't easily lose that!) and it was all under cover when I came back jet-lagged, Excellent.

This is an excellent hassle free way of airport parking, if the price could be as competitive as possible to the off site parking, (which I appreciate may be difficult) more people may weel use it. Thanks

This is an excellent service which took the stress out of parking at the airport.

This is a service which I will use again. It was easy to find staff were ready for me when I arrived. When we arrived back the staff had my keys ready, the car was easy to find and we were away within 10 mins.

Experiance very good would repeat and recommend if costs could be explained as to differential

the first time we have used this service,1 minute walk from terminus on a safe pavement. will certainly be using them again.

Location of office is so convenient for departure and arrival areas at airport - both are within 10 minutes walking distance from dropping off car and collecting again on return.

Delighted with the service even though I had misplaced the ticket given when I left my car, staff were helpful and courteous. Price was a lot cheaper than off airport parking and very much more convenient. Very happy

Very simple service. Just drive up to T3 short stay multistory and drop the keys. Only slight snag is that the instructions were out of date and i went, as directed, to T1 first. Now an office at T3. Very helpful staff soon put me right.

Went on a business trip, my colleague was really skeptical about the service, has he had never used this type of airport parking before and had to leave his company car keys (although I regularly use this service when I go on holiday). From start to finish a no hassle and professional service, my colleague was genuinely impressed and will have no hesitation of using this type of airport parking in the future.
