When we arrived at jet parks 2 we were told that there may not be any spaces, but to drive around and try and find one, and if we could not find one then to try at park 1 down the road.not what you want to here when you have a plane to catch. we were lucky and did find one, all be it in a big puddle. Had to navigate pot holes with suit cases and a buggy then lift the lot over a 2 foot fence, waited only 2 minutes for a bus.the bus picked passengers up from both parks, 1 and 2 so didn't go straight to term 2. The bus was also dropping people off so getting your luggage on and off was an issue. After our 20 minute bus journey we were at terminal 2, yipee! The return journey after our hols was a farce. 30 people on a bus, all with luggage, some returning from hols, some going on hols, some standing, people trying to get luggage off when other people had just put luggage on... Nightmare, welcome home! Staffed car parks to show people where to park, one bus for one terminal, one bus there, one bus back, not rocket science. Will not be using these car parks again.

parking close to airport transfers very good well signposted for which bus to get on also the number of the bus to get on staff helpfull good value for money a nd would use again would be excellent if prices same the same

There was more than a 15 minute wait for a bus to the airport and on our return the paring area was somewhat muddy, presumably because of heavy rain

Only 5 minutes from the Airport, bus drivers friendly and helpful and didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes between transfers, excellent value for money. Have used twice now and will definately use and recommend again. Are soon to book reservations for our forthcoming holiday in September

When we arrived , we were advised it was extremely busy and offered an upgrade to Longstay T2. Transfers were very quick and drivers very friendly. all in all, hassle free.

Our initial difficulty was in locating the parking area. As you may be aware a sat nav doesnt appear to recognise the post code (well ours didnt). I tried to phone, but received only an ansaphone. We drove around until we picked up signs, but we were anxious by this time. Arriving at the car park, we hit a pot hole which could have caused damage to the car, surely with charges etc this could be dealt with. We also waited 15-20 minutes for a shuttle bus. We may come again, but will definately allow more time for transfer as we were running late by the time we were dropped off. We had no idea what terminal we were at at manchester airport and an announcement would have been useful too.

no problems, everything went smoothly. we have used jet parks before so this helped when travelling to the parks.

Have used several times. No problems experienced. Car park was very full this time and we were told to use disabled bays if nowhere else free. Transfers were good and not much time was spent waiting for bus. Price is comparable to other parks around airport. Will continue to use in the future.

Clearly labeled car parks, well distributed bus stops. Friendly, speedy transfers - easy to book online - reasonably priced - excellent service.

To book on the internet was so simple,I was not expecting the charges to be as reasonable as they were.This persuaded me to go ahead and book and then the service I received which was excellent has prompted me to save to favourites on my computer so I can refer every time I need to park.Its simple you don't need to shop around this service is the real deal.

It was a little disconcerting having to sort out a space in such a large area, at night, without any staff in sight. The wait for the bus was quite a long one, on a cold night.

I found the service easy to use, the bus stops were clearly sign posted and the buses were very regular. Overall good value for money and reliable. Would definately use again and recommend to friends and family.

The park is very close to airport which is very good, transfers were very punctual, very little wait to and from airport,overall would us Jet Parks again, only down side was it was a wet day and the park has no hard surface, so very muddy, but in saying that, "excellent service".

no hassle parking hear, you get what it says on the tin, very good in all areas.

Getting to and from our car was very difficult in the pouring ra1n as the "road "was in such a mess, it was very muddy and full of potholes. We also had to trawl around looking for a space, which wasted a lot of precious time. Other people on the bus had the same experience as ourselves. We waited a very long time to get the transfer to the airport....and twice as long to get back to the car park. The driver did not announce where he was going next and everyone on the bus had no idea where they were as it was dark. It was chaos on the bus transfer back to jet parks. Altogether a very unpleasant and inconveniet start and end to our holiday.

Don problems will use again very efficent, went like clockwork Regards Brian

JET PARKS 1 EASY TO FIND, FULLY AUTOMATED, PLENTY PICK UP POINTS AROUND THE CAR PARK, FAST SERVICE TO ALL TERMINALS, BEEN USING JETPARKS FOR LAST 4 HOLIDAYS NO COMPLAINTS, VALUE FOR MONEY

We returned at 3am via the bus, but there was no indication from the driver that we were in JetPark 1 (we parked in JP2). After searching in the snow we asked at the cabin and was told that we were in the wrong car park. This also happened to other people who were waiting at the bus stop to re-board the bus. The driver needs to tell people which car park we are in. Better still, there should be a screen display or tannoy announcement stating where the bus is and indeed which area of the car park(s) the bus is stopping at - difficult to see in the middle of the night.

Jet Parks are very convenient to get to.The registration number recognition system at the entrance barrier is very helpful and speedy.The bus drivers in both directions were exceptionally pleasant,efficient and helpful,even though we were travelling at unsociable hours.The car park surface is uneven in places and can be messy in bad weather but the lighting is good so you can see where the potholes are and the bus stops are plentiful so you don't have to drag the luggage far.

a barcode with the booking would have helped get in and out of the carpark easier
