easy to reach bus service great will keep useing it every time we go from manchester airport.

The only slight obverse comment is that the bus shelters do not shelter from the wind either at the airport pick up or the shelters on the car parks. No problem in getting into and out of car park unlike some other car parks that we have used.

Easy to find,easy to park,excellent car registration recognition system,excellent token system in use on return to car,efficient transfer with excellently located stop for Terminal 1;al in all a very good experience which I would be happy to repeat

The services etc were brilliant the only complaint is the Csr Park surface. Full of pot holes which does not help getting suitcases from your Csr to the Bus stop.

Having used another provider previously where keys are left at the car park and you have to telephone on arrival for pick-up, I found this service much more convenient. The time from baggage pick-up to arriving at my car was no more than 10 minutes. Excellent value for money as well. First class !!

Easy to find location of car park and felt our car was safely parked. The buses are frequent and the drivers are helpful

Easy to book online, it was new concept - with the 'token', I had to use intercon and quote booking reference to be issued with token. Then care not to lose it as took the token with me rather than leave it in car. However... it made vehicle collection and exiting the car park very slick and easy.

Easy to find, easy to park, secure & very good value for money. Transfer service regular - staff friendly & helpful. Just what you want when you're going away for business or leisure.

Changes were occurring i.e. car park extension. Queue in fron of us on arrival due to being unable to access the car park. However, we accessed the park easily. Liked the new aspect of having a driver and helper - that was good. On return from holiday could see that the car park extension (i.e tree cutting, resurfacing etc) was completed.

Jet parks 1 and 2 easy to get to-sevice isexellent .All in all good value for money. J- Takacs.

well laid out and easy to find car on return but car parking spaces could be surfaced. also the arrival was so much better with the number plate recognition arrival and departure.

We will use jet park 1 in February because we have always been satisfied, so hopefully things will have sorted themselves out

only fault was carpark surfaces, heavy rain creating mud and deep puddles resulting in wet and muddy cases having to be put in a clean car. may not use jetparks again due car interior needed valetting from muddy cases on back seat

Very user friendly online booking. Speedy entrance to car park and secure parking.

I have found it easy to park at Jet 1 car parking for the last 3 years - it is easy to find and once parked-up the buses take you directly to the terminals. The prce for parking has always been very good.

I use to always catch a mini bus to and from the airport . But with a cost of £70 return and only !40 at jet parks for a week it's a no brainer

Good access to Car Park to start - Severe Pot Holes, not possible to avoid!!!! Caused slight damage to skirt of car - Not pleased! Transfer and Driver good

This is the first time I have used this service, I found it very convenient, I will definitly use the service again.One of the best features is the very short time from airport to car park.

We always use Jet2 when going from Manchester.So easy to find off motorway & transfers every 15mins.Everything well organised from booking on line to arriving at airport.Brilliant sevice.
