Brilliant pick up and drop off service........transfer buses punctual and didn't wait around. Great value for money.

Even though booked on-line system did not recognise my number plate and therefore had to ring to get barrier lifted.

Easy to find parked the car and got on the bus. Didn't, wait long for transfer bus after landing so pleased with everything.

Such an hassall free experience from start to finish. Punctual transfers, drivers more than helpful. Good value for money, would definateley use them again and recommend them

Got on bus. Didn't take too long was a definitely recommended service.

Expecting number plate recognition system but actually needed to take a token from machine. in quest to find a space easy to miss bus stops (although obvious, and yellow!)- hence takes a little time to find one's bearings and walk in right direction. A simple instruction to "wait at any of yellow bus shelters for shuttle" would have helped. drop off/pick up point I used at T3 was very convenient. good service, would use again

no problems at all- the experience was as smooth as clockwork - - transfers regular and only 10 mins from airport - what not to like ?

this car park is easy to find and signed post on road. bus transfer is quite good. i didnt wait more than 5 mins both ways for bus.

Give yourself extra time for the roadworks nearby . Very big car park and not easy to find spaces as not condoned off like some. But efficient and regular buses to terminal and good value.

The car park is easy to find, well sign posted, with easy entry and exit. The buses are efficient with considerate drivers who wait for you when they see you approaching a bus stop. There could be hold ups due to the road works so if you are travelling at peak times it may be better to allow a little extra time.

20th feb 2014, very easy to find even at 5 30am, just park up and walk to a bus shelter pick up was within 5 mins. upon return though pick up was 35 mins in the cold, at terminal 3, dissapointed a terminal 3 plus bus came and went empty. there was approx 25 people waiting when it did arrive. its next stop was term 1, another 30 plus people waited but only 8 got on due to luggage space. there was some angry passengers left in the cold with kids. the driver explained there was a shift change at 7pm so dont blame me he said? so if you land at 615 pm prepare to wait until 715 for you pick up. apart from this ok

Managed to get a good price last minute. Safe parking, got to and from the airport quickly. Would recommend.

Great service saving us money on an airport taxi. We will be using this again in the summer when we go on holiday. Can't fault it at all Thank you.

Was a bit worried with review before, but was very pleased with the all experience. No problem parking, transfer straightaway and no problem getting in or out with plate recognition. Would use again, and good value for a week.

We parked over Christmas 2013 at Jet Parks 3. it was found it to be very busy so we did have to look for quite a while to find a space, but eventually found one the few remaining on the upper level. Parking surface was tarmaced but found this to have quick a few deep puddles & icy in places where water couldn’t drain away. Pathway off tarmac areas between levels was a path of large 3” chunks of lime stone which made the pulling of the case a little tricky! In saying all this it was great value for money. The buses where frequent & didn’t need to wait more than 5-10min for the friendly driver to take us to right to door of thermal. Return bus was just as quick & friendly. Would highly recommend.

arrived back to car and found it wouldn't start so went to the on site office and within minutes the AA man arrived and jump started the car and then followed us so far up the road. brilliant. after a long journey we were so grateful again thanks for the efficiency everyone

Pre booking is a great idea, no trouble with the barriers as it scans your car plate. Finding a space to park is easy and the bus was only minutes wait. No stress! Even coming back and landing late. Will definitely use jetparks3 again next time I fly. Thanks.

Everything went well with no issue's. Bus was waiting at stop on arrival & only 5 min wait on return. Would recommend & will use again

I have used the Jet Parks Plus and so this was my first experience of JP3. The place was PACKED and I thought that I would never find a place to park, but right at the end there was a few rows with spaces and I was able to park. With no timetable, you are at the mercy of the 15 minute promise regarding buses, but happily, right on the stroke of 15 minutes a bus turned up and got me promptly to the airport. Return was just as good - got a bus within 5 minutes and 20 minutes later was heading home down the M56. I parked for 5 days and got change from 20 quid. That is real value for money - highly recommended.

The carpark was easy to find/well signposted. The roads are nicely tarmaced and the parking areas smooth rolled stone, much kinder to drive your car on than some other carparks. Both the pickup busses were punctual, clean and tidy and the transfer took no more than 5 minutes. Really good value for money, I'd certaily use them again.
