Excellent service, easy to find and the transfer buses were quick and efficient. Good price too.

The signs differentiating Jet Parks 3 & Jet Parks Plus could be clearer

The instructions didn't mention the need to take a token on arrival for use on exit.

Driver from park to airport was very helpfull but the driver from airport to park very aggresive and most unhelpfull will use train next time.

Everything was ok, very quick transfers, the return driver seemed a little confused with car park 1, 2, 3 park. I would recommend that you change the numbers to colors,people will remember easily. Will use again. Happy Bunny.

quick and frequent bus service...signs to jetbparks 3 a little confusing so I just parked and got on a bus when it came

Easy to find, great value, good transfers. First shuttle bus driver a little grumpy (!) but would recommend.

on returning from 22 degrees to 0 degrees we were very happy that the coach came almost immediately on exit from the terminal, a very good service overall,many thanks.

Cheap and, based on our experience, good value for money. Car park is 10 mins away but bus seemed to arrive very quickly. Easy to cope with luggage. Entry system is good, recognising number plate both on entry and exit. Plenty of spaces. Make sure you park near a bus stop and be prepared for slow progress if your flight is at rush hour as traffic around the airport can be bad and bus doesn't get any priority on the road. Overall, would recommend and use again.

Having never used a staffless car park before, I think a little more info would have been helpful,I coped thanks to the bus driver.The filling station is now a Shell.

So easy to book, car park easy to find and transfer to and from the airport very efficient. Will definitely book next time with Jet Parks 3.

Road directions to get to Jet Parks 3 were useless as a lot of roadworks being undertaken. Parking in the main was on gravel aprons off the tarmac which then meant travelling in shoes made muddy from the rain and parking surface combined. Buses were like any other - none for ages then 2/3 at a time. Female bus driver on was departure was extremely helpful and jolly. Lack of instruction and parking staff could be confusing for some patrons. Overall a satisfactory experience but would try another car park in future.

All was very good, easy and quick. I had just a little difficult to find the car park.

Very happy with Jet Parks 3, it was slightly challenging to find in the early hours due to some road works being done but nothing that some extra concentration couldn't solve and this was probably due to traveling in the very early hours. Would book this again.

cannot comment on the staff, never saw anyone, just the transfer drive, who was just what you would want, great parking system

Cheap easy service only waited 5 mins for bus,my only problem was because of the rain the car park was a bit dirty.

it was simple to book,helpful staff when we got there did not have to wait long for a bus to the airport and great when we got back also value for money

Booked online, got a great deal. Arrived, parked up and within 2 minutes a transfer bus had arrived. Driver was courteous and very personable to all his passengers. On arriving back at Manchester airport we arrived at the bus stop pick up at an ungodly hour but again only had to wait a couple of minutes. Was back in the car and heading home within 10 minutes. Fabulous service I would recommend.
