Polite, helpful, friendly staff. Quick response when called to collect from the airport Overall very impressed

parked car minibus transferred us to airport, took about 10 minutes. when we arrived back rang the office, mini bus picked us took, we had to wait about 10 minutes. drove us back to car park to collect our car. have used this service before and would definitely use them again.

We booked this last minute, just a few hours before we flew as I had mistakenly thought we were flying from east mids which our daughter was going to take us. Checked paperwork just before leaving and when I saw Manchester I was horrified, this was my fault. Too far for her to travel. Quickly looked online and booked Skyparks. Was worried it would miles from airport. It was fast efficient and very good value for money.

My fear was that I would be waiting for hours to get a mini bus to the main terminal ... and stood in the rain! However the service exceeded my expectations - arrived, parked car, got into mini bus, transferred to terminal and even got guidance to where I needed to go. My only comment would be that I had a very long walk to terminal 3 with my luggage - perhaps a drop off nearer terminal 3 will improve on this otherwise very good service.

Service was exactly as advertised. Directions good. Service prompt and pickup was excellent. Would use again.

Have used this service previously. I felt it was better when you parked the your vehicle yourself and kept your keys. They used to drop you at your terminal and not make you walk to the train station which with a baby and cases is not easy. the price previously was good, this time was much better than the other services but feel given the downsides now would not use the service again unless changes are made.

Cheaper than all the others & much better service, staff friendly, transfer punctual & just round the corner from the airport. Felt like a personal meet and greet!

Was a little concerned about having to leave my keys, but overall it was not a problem. However, the car on-board computer appeared to have been used and I could not understand why !

I found skypark a really good service, and I would definitely use them again much better than using a taxi and cheaper too

Having arrived back at Manchester airport, I phoned this company as instructed for our pick-up. We were told that we would have to walk some 500 yards from the terminal to the train station outside the airport. When I asked why we couldn't be picked up from the terminal where in fact we were dropped off, I was told that the driver shouldn't have dropped us at the terminal. Having struggled with our baggage across to the train station, we were met by a driver who refused to help us and a mother with two small children to load our baggage into the vehicle. He informed us that he had a back problem and was unable to lift anything. You have to wonder why this company employ someone who is incapable of doing the job. When I complained about the service to the person in charge at the car park, asking why they don't pick up at the terminal, he just sneered and told us that they drop people at the airport and as far as he was concerned, the train station is at the airport. I would never use these unpleasant and unhelpful people again.

The facilities and service iffered are excelent I will use this facility on my next holiday. I highly recommend it.

The booking was simple as I had a choice of where to park. Was easy to find even though the Tom Tom tried to take us somewhere else! The transfer bus arrived as we got to the stop and was waiting outside the airport when we arrived back from our holiday so there was no waiting around whatsoever. Some of the customers could do with some manners as the drivers asked them not to get on until we got off which was good to see. Thank you fir making it a pain free experience.
