Our driver was a bit arrogant,nearly had an argument with another customer.Once that was over though everything was fine.Had the same driver for the return journey with no issues.Would use again,very competitive price.

I arrived, booked in and straight on to the shuttle without waiting, when I returned, called the number and the shuttle arrived 3 mins within calling, collected my keys and on my way. Could not fault the service I received, as advertised, certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone, for service and value for money. Thanks.

Arrived to be greeted by a member of staff who showed me where to park, explained how to check in keys etc and gave me a hand with suitcases. Explained on drop off where to meet when landing back on when to phone. When we did arrive, we found the transfer to take us to get the car back was already there. Picked up the car no problem. Well located and polite, friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

Staff provided a good service both to and from the airport with minimal delay and I could enjoy my holiday knowing that my car was safe

We arrived at Skypark Manchester and within 15 minutes we were on our way to the airport terminal which took only 10 minutes to get there. The staff were very friendly and efficient. When we returned, we telephoned them as instructed and we were back to our car within 25 minutes. Fantastic service and will certainly be using them next time!!

Fast and easy checking in and out. Courteous drivers - couldn't have asked for more

no waiting mini bus took us strait to the airport upon return one quick phone call and mini bus met us as we came out could not fault the service we recieved

I found the service very convenient. Just had to wait a short while for the bus which was a bit cold but would definitely use this service again.

When finally got to drop off point then had to walk for 15 mins with cases and young children in the very early hours. On return phoned when we got to pick up point told be 10 mins then too many people for minibus to take so told to wait and another minibus is being sent after 40 mins the same person turns up and then the easiest way to describe the trip back to car park is that ''If I wanted a white knuckle ride then get transferred by this guy'' and yes there were young children in the minibus as well.

BETTER SERVICE RETURNING THAN GOING. ON RETURN STAFF MORE FRIENDLY THAN WHEN WE ARRIVED.

Everything about the park and ride service was excellent, and good value for money.

Directions were simple and postcode correct for Garmin SN. Parking up was easy and tranfer bus appeared a few minutes later. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only small point was the drop point was a few minutes covered walk, with travelators, to T2, but straight into the check in desks for Thomson. Would use again especially with 15% discount for direct booking next time!!

We have used several airport parking companies for Manchester airport and Skypark Park and Ride were the best we have found to date.

A first class service,soon after booking in we were transferred to the airport,the driver was very pleasant and chatty. When we got back I rang up and when I got to the pickup point the driver was there and off we went straight away.i was very pleased with the service couldn't fault it

I have now used Skyparks three times (once in Liverpool, twice at Manchester) and would not use anybody else now. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. At Manchester, the drop off/collection point is at 'The Station' a short walk to the terminal 1. On return, passengers go back to the Station and make a call for collection which is usually no longer than 10 minutes. The buses used for transfers are comfortable and good quality, the drivers helpful and friendly.
