had to wait 40 mins for transfer to airport fortunately we were early other people behind us were not so lucky same happened on the way back 55 min wait other people behind had to wait for the next bus. the buses were old and very poorly looked after they were too small for the number of people they needed to transfer. the drivers left a lot to be desired in their standard of driving as well

There’s not much to secure parking is there? How hard can it be, a secure car park and a safe punctual bus to transfer you to the airport. Well this company falls down in every way. The car park and entry/exits are not well marked when I arrived. I then found my way to speak to a flustered receptionist who had no idea I was coming. After booking in I was told to go out, swap my luggage into an old, smelly, beat up Leyland Daf whose door did not open from the inside. I then followed the minibus round the car park with all the others following in their cars (other than the couple who were left at the meeting point by the driver). The minibus stopped and the driver told us all to find a parking space nearby. I was then informed you are expected to remember where your car is amongst the hundreds there and take your valuable, easily lost keys on holiday with you! We then set off at breakneck speed to the airport. The driver drove in a dangerous manner, taking the motorway bends at far too higher speed, needing to break in the middle. He never checked if people had, or were having trouble with their seatbelts. We were deposited in the middle of a car park a couple of hundred metres from the airport entrance. On our return we had to ring them which took two calls a second driver in an equally old and dilapidated minibus arrived at the original car park. The driver filled the bus, making sure that two females were in the front seat. He neither put his own seatbelt on nor told anyone else to put theirs on. We then set off as fast as the minibus could go, in a similarly dangerous drive. This journey was, however worse as the driver spent most of his time (and attention) talking to the girls on the front seat. Overall I can accept the car park being badly signed, I could even just about accept taking my keys with me but the driving displayed by both drivers was appalling, unsafe and in my opinion, dangerous. What’s my opinion worth? Well I am a Police Advanced driver with 15 years experience of prosecuting drivers for diving offences.

good directions, simple parking, basic transfer, expected & exceptable wait time to airport. Return journey: please don't make the mistake we made by NOT ringing office as another passenger had already done so. We thought that by giving the arrive date and time they would be expecting us..ring individually to let them know you're ready for pickup even if there is a party of 15 waiting for pickup!! Friendly staff! Car just as we left it!

Absolutely no issues. Great value secure parking. Very helpful staff and efficient airport transfers. On the return journey our transfer waiting for us. Cannot fault this service in any way.

This is the second time I have used CarParKing Value Parking and would highly recommend it. Efficient and friendly service, prompt transfers on both journeys with clear instructions to follow on return to the country. Don't be put off by the Value in the name, this only stands for the great value for money that this carpark offers.

For the money that was paid it was fine. Give yourself three quarters/one hour before your check in, approx twenty minutes away from the airport.

Excellent value for money. We had to wait about 10 minutes on arrival at the car park, to be transferred to a mini bus to the airport, presumably because the staff member on site had to wait for his collegue to return from another airport run. After that we were transferred quickly and easily. On return we had to ring twice for directions to the pick up point, as the instructions were not quite clear, after this we only waited about 15 mins to be collected and then collected passengers from terminal 2 before being returned to our car. Overall we have no complaints, it all ran according to plan and was excellent value for money. I would use this service again.

easy to use cheaper than going by taxi and having to rely on other people to take you and pick you up from airport.I will be using carpark in the future. EXcellent service.

Coming from West Yorkshire parking at Carrington is very convenient. The service is good value for money, very efficient, friendly and most of all punctual.

used lots of other car parks.this is definetly the best value and easy to find.
