The only awful part was the roadworks round Manchester that delayed me by nearly an hour. Wd have appreciated warning about this or alternative route to the carpark. Will think twice about parking fr next trip from MCR - but really excellent value, so no complaints about APH.

value for money, left my car in safe hands and it was parked for me, taken to airport straight away, waited about 15 mins coming back, the bus was full, young man put everybodies suitcases on bus, took back to depot, got keys, car parked outside reception, drove out and home. brilliant will use again.

I would recommend this service to all my friends and family. Not only was it cheaper than a taxi, it was so reliable. On return to the car after a 3 week holiday, the car would not start - flat battery..within 5mins the staff had the battery charged and we were heading home. Fantastic service

Excellent customer service! We were running late for our flight (as usual) and we phoned them to find out the next shuttle time. They guaranteed a shuttle will be waiting. Check-in was easy and our shuttle dropped us at our terminal first! The return shuttle took us back to our car even though we were the only two on the bus. Most other car parking firms keep you waiting until the bus is suitably full. I genuinly think that this was quicker than parking by the terminal. Will definitly use again and I strongly recommend.

I called the pick up line as we were pulling last bags off carousel and they refused to action until we were physically walking out of arrivals. When we called back after a couple of mins and exited the hall, their waiting bus was full so we missed out until next one around 7 mins later

Booking was very straight forward and the map lead us straight to the car park. Staff were friendly and within 5 minutes we were on our way to the airport. Coming back couldn't be simplier, a transfer bus was already outside and when we got to the carpark the car was ready and waiting. Would use you again as it was good value as well

found booking really easy and when arriving very efficient and friendly service. on arrival back to manchester the same again, only criticism i can think off is having to drag luggage to wherever the car is parked otherwise a very good service and value for money.

Have used this car parking facility for years, under its old name of Security Parks and since it became APH. Staff always very cheerful, despite it sometimes being late in the night, very early morning, or suffering with computers that 'go down' on them.

The on-line booking facility asked me for £18. When I got there, they decided it was £3 more. I was too tired/stressed to argue. But they ought to sort it out. Otherwise A1. It's the little things that count and, when we returned (to a frosted car) they gave us a free screen scraper. Probably only cost them a few pence but...it's the thought that counts!

Excellent facilities at car park, particularly clean site (in the past we have been used to inferior surfaces), well organised delivery and collection, helpful staff, prompt pick-up on return journey. This is definitely the best car park we have used and have already recommended it to friends and family etc.

We recently went on holiday from Manchester Airport, travelling from Leeds, we found APH very easy from the motorway. The staff were very helpful and was the transfer to and from the airport, The price was very reasonable also, i would certainly use this service again and also reccomend to others.

The drop off was dealt with quickly although there where a few cars being dropped off at same time. When we arrived back at 1.30am, we waited no more than 5 minutes for a bus and was reunited with my car within 10 minutes from standing outside terminal building. Staff are friendly and help with loadinga nd unloading of bags. I have used the majority of other on/off site car parks but this will be my 1st choice from now on. Excellent value for money.

I thought APH were wonderful. I arrived very early in the morning and it was easy to find from the directions given. The staff were very courteous and I only waited a fewminutes before my transfer in to the airport. On return I followed the simple directions given and only waited 5 minutes until I was collected. My car was waiting for me when I returned...Overall the best part of my day trip away - as both flights were delayed!!!

This was the first time I've booked my car into a carpark at an airport - and I'm so glad I chose APH Manchester. Absolutely fantastic service. I arrived extremely early when dropping my car off, but it was no problem and there was minimal waiting time to take the bus to the airport. On arrival back in the UK the bus was waiting outside the terminal to take me back to the carpark - just what I needed after a long flight. The carparking facilities were superb - everything looked brand new, and very secure. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As a student I was worried about the cost, but APH have extremely reasonable prices, and with the service received it was worth every penny. I would definately recommend APH, I know that I will use them again.

Even though we arrived at the parking lot very early in the morning everything went like clockwork and the short journey to the airport was stress free. On return we had to wait approx 5minutes for the mini bus to come and then we were well on our way home. Would use this service again.

I had used other companies before who I had no problems with but on this occasion APH was much cheaper and the location(5min) from airport swung my decision and I was not dissapointed. The service was fantastic, swift response when we called after landing and car waiting ready for us. Very Highly recommended!!!

the staff were frendly trancfers to and from were fast but tryinng to figer whitch way round the m60 we came was not so good we got lost for a short while but over all we will look at your prices when we travel next year till then have a good xmas and all the best for the new year thanks phil

I was appreciative of the care the staff gave me when I got lost on the way to the car park, and it was no trouble to them to talk to me all the time on the phone giving the directions.They were friendly, helpful and an immediate collection was available on my return so I was not waiting long. I have already recommended your services to others. I was most impressed as this was the first time I had used your parking facilities.

I arrived with less than 20 minutes before latest check in time for my flight but as I did not have to park the car myself and the bus driver loaded my cases onto the bus as I checked in, then set off as soon as possible we still made it in time. On return only had to wait 10 mins for the return bus. The bus drivers and all the staff were helpful and polite.

I can not fault this car parking experience at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even at 5am which is the time we arrived. Our transfer coach was waiting for us as we handed over the keys and we were away. Our inbound journey was just as simple. We made a call as we passed through security and the coach was there with-in 5 minutes. The keys were ready and waiting for us, the car had been brought close to the depot so again we were away. Got to say... brilliant service, brilliant value for money, brilliant attitude and a brilliant beginning and end to our holiday. Thank you!
