APH provide an exceptional service! The whole experience was totally hassle free for me. Their customer service was fantastic and the transfers were available for drop-offs and pick-ups as soon as you needed them. I would highly recommend APH for anyone wanting offsite parking for Manchester Airport.

God feeling of security when you drop off your car and the moving walkway to the terminals very good on the way there but broken on the wat back and made tranfering the luggage to the pick up point a toil. Not sure if this was the regular pick up point or a temporary one because of the hieghtened security.

The driving directions to the car park sent me the wrong way therefore by the time I got to the airport I was only just in time to check in (what a rush!). However the bus driver that took us to the airport was really helpful pointing me in the right direction and putting my cases on the bus for me. On return I asked the office staff for directions back to the motorway they didnt appear to want to help and gave me the wrond directions. Also they didnt tell me and another couple where our cars were so we found ourselves wandering around the carpark in the dark looking for our cars (at 1am this is the last thing you want to do!).

The car park was really easy to find, the check in was quick and easy and we were on a nice clean bus to the airport, transfer approx 10 mins. On return my car was ready at the front gate so i didn't have to go looking for it. NB For pickup the bus was not allowed into the airport terminal following recent terrorist activity so you will probably be collected from the main bus station which is only a short walk from T1 & T2.

drive your car in, go into reception, while you book your car in your bags are being put on the bus, then a nice easy ride to the airport. on return, one phone call, bus picks you up and your car is ready to go. so simple and easy, i would use it again.

Easy to find, check-in was straightforward and you are straight onto the bus with a quick transfer. On return, pick-up point was well signed and only short wait for bus. All in all was very pleased with service and better than others I have used before.

First class service. No hanging around for buses either going out or coming back. Everyone very polite and no hassles at all. Coming back there were a lot of buses at the stop, no problem as the driver came to find us, also we waited less than 5 minutes. It was rush hour when we arrived back from our holiday, the bus driver knew a way to avoid the traffic back to the car park. Brilliant service and we will be using APH again.

Was pleasantly surprised by efficiency of service especially when collecting car on return - it literally took seconds. The only drawback for me is that it is beyond the airport so I had to set off quite early to allow for traffic, allow the suggested 45mins for transfer to the airport and I ended up at the terminal 3 hours before check-in as the roads were clear and there were no unexpected hold-ups. However I cannot fault APH and would definitely use them again.

our return flight home landed at 2am we rung APH forour pick up and they was they in good time to pick us up.The lady at the APH HQ said to the driver have you picked another customer up the driver said NO shall i wait? HQ said no take the customers back i will send another Bus roundwhich wasquite good to hear at 2am in the morning. So the service is tip top.

I found the service when we arrived quick and efficient. Once returning from Germany the bus was already waiting for us and within half an hour we were in the car on our way home. Brilliant!!!

I found the service from start to finish excellent, location easy to find from your instructions, the helpful staff throughout, the price was very reasonable, the speed from leaving car to transfer to airport - no waiting and our return transfer also no waiting will definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

On arrival, the chap checked our return details and told me exactly what to do on our return. Bus was waiting to take us and other customers to the Airport. Driver helped with our cases and the journey took about 10 minutes. On our return, I rang through and they told me where to catch the bus. Five to ten minutes later a bus turned up as stated, driver helped with our cases (different one this time) and returned us to the car park. My car and car keys were waiting for me and we went home. Excellent value for money service - would certainly use them again without any hesitation (and no, they're not paying me for saying this!).

First time we've used APH. Usually use CarMinder2. Top quality facility, nice transfer coaches, even a cheery coach driver at 04.00am in the morning. Would definitely use them again. Now, all I need to do is to teach the wife to read a map properly to get there...

An excellent facility with courteous staff. Only a short journey to and from the airport. On our return the car was ready and waiting at the reception area. I would definitely use this car park again.

It is very convenient, professionally done and good value for money. However, the bus driver helped with the luggage when we arrived in the U.K. but not at any other time and we had two young children so we could have really done with the help. Overall, great service.

Arrived at 3 in the morning, checked in within a few minutes and wisked away on the bus to airport (we were the only ones on at that time of the morning). Upon our return, as requested called APH upon picking up our bags, exited the airport to be greated by a bus within 5 minutes. Excellent service will certainly use APH again.

parking our car was a quick and easy experience. there was a bus ready to take us to the airport so no long wait. the return was also quick and easy. just what you want after a l0ng flight home- no hassle.also much cheaper than other parking used. would defintely use again

Although we usually park on site at the airport, I thought I'd try this one as all of the reviews were good and it was a reasonable difference in price. The price does not reflect the service and care. Would have no hesitation in using again, will recommend to both family and friends.

A very efficient and pleasant experience! Within minutes of checking in, which only took a few minutes,we walked straight onto the transfer bus and were immediately on our way! Returning home was just as quick and easy. We would certainly recommend APH Manchester for Airport Parking and would have no doubts in using them again in the future. Thank You APH!

If you aren't well acquainted with the motorway network round Manchester, take the time to peruse a map against the printed directions to the car park. We sailed past and had to stop and check our directions before we turned around and found the car park. Our error but worth the few minutes planning to get it right!
