Can't fault them on convenience, price or time keeping.. Great company and would use them again ....BUT.... The return driver was mid personal conversation on a hand held mobile all the way back from the terminal to the parking place, driving one handed and shouting loudly in Arabic to the person at the other end... Clearly not acceptable as it let a fantastic company down :-(... 9/10 over all, stupid phone chap cost them on their full marks!

The whole process was very easy - easy to book- easy to find-quick transfer and car was waiting for me on return - highly recommended

Pink Pig is located just a couple of minutes from the main terminal at Luton with shuttle buses both ways run to demand rather than a timetable so no waiting around. This is a distinct advantage over some of the other providers I have used. The staff were courteous and helpful and were waiting our arrival both ways. At £20 for 4 days the parking represented great value for money and I would definitely use Pink Pig again the next time I fly from Luton.

Simple booking process, cheapest I've ever seen and quick, easy pick up and drop offs. We were landed, luggage, car and on way home in 20 minutes of landing.

Vewry good and friendly service. We forgot to ring first prior to arrival and were admonished in a jokey and inoffensive manner AND managed a free coffee!

Easy to find, friendly staff, efficient transfers and very close to the airport. Excellent value for money and nothing to complain about at all.

We found the parking very convienient and much cheaper than any other parking in Luton . Also as we booked it quite late and it was still very cheap ! It took about 3 mins to get to the airport from pink pig parking .The driver dropped us off at the airport and we had no issues at all, then on the return we rang when collecting baggage and were met at the same place we were picked up! I will be using pink pig parking again;)

under difficult circumstances whith flights being delyed due to wind I was looked after by the pink pig team. there were polite and regularly called me to check up on how I was. no extra charge was added to me even thought I was 5 hours late for picking up my vehicle. brilliant service. super team and run like a family business and trwated me and my family with respect and courtesy throughout.

Nothing to add except a fact out of their control - that you have to be dropped a way from the terminal and can't wait under cover for the return bus, getting very wet in the recent storms.

I would recommend this car parking service - directions and process are very good. Whilst the reception may not be particularly appealing, it does the job and wasn't a major issue as I wasn't waiting long due to the efficient service. The drop and pick up all went very smoothly. This was a great first time experience with this company - a very good and effecient service at a very good price.

It was my girlfriends car. She wrote the mileage when we left the car, when we collected 3 days later it had done 80 miles. Where the hell did they take it ?????

The pink pig was easy to locate , signage was good , the guy in the car park was friendly and within 5 minutes we left for the airport which was only a short distance from the terminal . On returning, one phone call and the transfer was waiting at the stop .After signing out we departed , very satisfied with the experience ,I will definitely park at the pig next trip.

Very prompt and eficient. Right by the airport so transfer only takes minutes. Good value for money and no concerns about leaving the car, very trustworthy.

Good instructions on how to get there. The transfer was on demand without any delay, it only takes two minutes. They phoned me on arrival because there was a long delay in reclaiming luggage to see if I was OK. This is the one if flying from Luton.

Difficult to find on sat nav but staff very helpful Prompt service Made our trip more relaxing
