had no worries at all the staFF were friendly, we had no waiting about, car was safe, we know we will use them again the taxi to and from air port was there on time....a reliable car park......thanxs

I found it better than the airport parking not only price wise, but also as I didn´t have to drive around a huge car park to find a space and then walk all the way back with my luggage to check in. The return pick up was very prompt. I will use this service again and recommend friends to use it too.

Arrived just as the transfer bus was about to leave and arrived back at the pick-up point just as the bus arrived, so transfers were brilliant, but we were lucky and daresay it wouldn't always be that good. However, the walk from the car parks at Liverpool is now getting ridiculous, even if it's dry, so the bus transfer is great and only a couple of minutes from the terminal. Rather chaotic when we got back, with cars being dropped and others being picked up. The more successful they are, the worse it's likely to get. Everybody was friendly and doing their best, so no complaints on that score. Cars are parked up outside on the industrial estate and don't know what security is like overnight, as I was only there mid-afternoon.

Dropped car off and was immediately taken the short 2 minute journey by minibus to departures. On arriving back at airport after my holiday I phoned the number given to me and was collected a few minutes later.

Close to airport, no waiting around for transfer, helpful and friendly staff, just what we needed.

A very dissappointing experience. Our return flight was on a bank holiday and theerfore a busy time for imagine car parking however we discovered that after a lengthy wait for pick up at the airport we had a lengthy wait for our car to be returned as it was blocked in by a car rental firm. Very dissapointing

Excellent service and good value for money. Drop off/pick up without a hitch My only quibble would be that it needs a proper sign on the main road as it is very easy to miss the turning (and I did - twice) although once you find it you wonder how you missed it the first time. Would definitely use them again

Absolutely no hassle or stress with Imagine Car Parking. Turned up at the car park, parked up and within 5 minutes of arrival was at the airport. Arrived back at the airport and gave them a call. Was picked up within 10 minutes and car was ready and waiting when we got back. No hassles

brill car park. we have used you before, and will definitely use again. soon as we arrived we parked up the car un loaded our bags from our car straight into the mini bus and off to the airport which was 2 minutes away the same on our return we rang the pick up number, walked over the road to the pick up point and the bus pulled up straight away , brilliant x

Broken sign on the main road means that you cannot find the garage. Everything else very very good. The staff were helpul and friendly transfers on time without delay.

We arrived with a few other people and had to wait a little while to hand the car in then for the minibus to do a round trip. The whole thing took about 15 mins In all which wasn't as quick as dropping your car off in the expensive car park but to be honest, we expected this so it didn't impact on us at all. I'm sure that if we hand't arrived at the same time as 3 other cars, we would have been all done and in the terminal in under 5 mins. The staff were very friendly and efficient plus offer a car valet service while younger away which was competitively priced. I'd definitely recommend the service and use them again.

Parked at 10 and at "Check in" at 10.10. Landed at 08.30 and driving home at 08.45. AND Cheaper by more than 30%.

on collecting my vehicle it was "blocked in" by a number of vehicles. After about 10 minutes I was informed that the vehicles blocking my car were in fact from Avis rental so the parking company did not have the keys to move them! The only way out was for me to reverse over a kerb/grass verge but to do this a vehicle needed to be moved by the parking company. It took a further 20 minutes to locate the keys for this vehicle so all in all I had to wait about 35 minutes - not the best at 12.30 in the morning with my son having to wait in the car. In addition to this I have minor damage on the underside of my vehicle due to mounting the kerb but I had little choice in doing this as it was the only exit. Not very happy.

Allo worked fine - there was a short wait for drop off & collection but worked better than i had feared.

A bit disorganised on return, as I was bang on time, but my car was parked behind about four others which all had to be moved before I could get mine out.

i will never use nor recomend this car park, we arrived home to a damaged car and were told they were not prepared to do anything about it!!!!
