I have used Imagine 3 times and found them to be reliable and helpful. They generally keep the cars locked off site bringing the cars back to meet your flight - this far never had an issue. They really are 3 minute walk from the airport or 1 minute in the minibus. When you phone they always meet you in the free short stay across the road from the airport building - easy!

We had a 4 day trip abroad from Liverpool airport. Car park is easy to find as its on the road just before the roundabout at the airport terminal. There was a very friendly member of staff at the reception even though we were dropping off early morning! Transfer was straight away - took 2 minutes, although you could walk it to the aiport in 5 minutes, its that close. Our car was waiting outside the reception when we got back, so bags in the car and off home! Simples! We will be wholeheartedly recommending this service to friends and family in the future and will be using it now every time we fly from Liverpool

drive slow by industrail type gate othewise you will miss car park at night when dark

I live in Liverpool and normally when I've flown from Liverpool Airport I've tended to get taxis to and from the airport which cost approx £30 from where I live. I was able to park my car for 5 days for less than this and still benefit from a free shuttle from the car park into the airport although less than a mile away. Compared to Manchester, most comparable services are at least a 10-15 min transfer away. From arriving at the car park to filling in the paperwork and getting to the airport was 10-12 mins. Upon returning, Our transfer arrived within 5 mins, which was excellent. Couldn't fault the guys. Well-oiled machine, recommend 100%

I use this car park approx 3 times a year. I went in my MG sports car this time and the state of it on collect was dredful. It had been used for the day or thrown about and had been damaged in 5 different areas. The attendant did not want to know, they had no claim form only a post-it! The boss Jackie was supposed to ring me and never did, equally I got no response to my calls either. I will never use them again.

Great service. Dropped can then straight in mini bus for 60 second transfer to airport. Definate use again and again

Had a change of plan so returned early - phoned Imagine they had everything sorted and my car ready for when I arrived, waited 2 minutes at airport, they have never let me down.

We have used Imagine in the past and fould them to be very efficient and friendly. We would have no hesitation in using their services again and would recommend them to others.

Great parking scheme. I would certainly use again happy that my vehicle was being looked after safely and in a secure enviroment.

The service has always been very good. The car is quickly parked up and transportation to the airport is fast, especially when running late like we were! Our return journey was a day earlier than thought but the lads on duty in the dark and the rain soon had us off the retrieve the car from where it was stored and kindly directed us off in the direction of the motorway. Will definitely recommend the service to others and use again ourselves when flying from Liverpool.

Yes, I'd DEFINITELY use this service again. I was greeted by very friendly staff who were prepared for my arrival. They reassured me that my car would be well-cared for and I'd receive efficient pick up service upon my return. And, sure enough, their word was good. No hassles at all! Can't find any fault with their operation. Would highly recommend anyone to use this service.

Great value for money parking, 2 mins transfer and the guy there was helpful and made things very easy, just remember you have to walk across road from airport enterance back to were they drop you off.

My departure was on a busy Friday afternoon - the staff were efficient and the transfer to the airport was quick and comfortable. On my return in the early hours of a sat morning was equally as good - no waiting for transfers at all back to car depot in quick time car ready to go - brilliant service !

As a woman, when travelling alone am always a little anxious. The staff were absolutely wonderful and I felt very confident, even arriving home very late at night.
