We've used this place five times and the service has been excellent on all occasions

Its graet. You pull up outside the office, hand your paperwork to the attendant, within a minute you are in a comfortable roomy mini bus and taken to the drop off area at the airport within 2/3 minutes. Couldnt be easier or simpler and it cost a lot less than I used to pay

Really quick drop off and pick up, very close to airport,no waiting time at all. Only thing is they need to put a big sign outside so you can find it! Other than that can't really fault it.

first time using any "at the airport" parking and was impressed well organised and friendly staff would use them again bye bye taxis !!!

I have used Imagine on many occasions. They are always very efficient and pleasant.

Everything was spot on once we found them, Could do with a lit up sign for travellers arriving at night and a sign on the road but the directions given to be fair were quite good. Staff were very good and transfer very efficient with hardly any waiting time between shuttles. Right next to the airport. Definitely will use again and fully recommend

We arrived at around 06.00 for an early flight. We were greeted with a smile and were quickly and efficiently taken to the terminal. The same applied for our return trip. The drivers are always willing to help with luggage. We have used this company many times and have never had any problems.

once again another fabulous experience with IMAGINE PARKING the guy even cleared the ice from my car windows. would highly recommend to anyone parking at LIVERPOOL AIRPORT. truly 5 star

Not sure where they actually store the vehicles but everything else was great!

Second time used and would definitely recommend. Much better and quicker than on airport.

we use imagine car park every time we go away,we go with friends and have recomended it to others . It is easy to find and only two minutes away from the airport. leaving the car is convienent and safe. and the staff are very friendly.good choice.

The simplest I have used at Liverpool Airport, I use Imagine every time now ( frequent traveler to ireland). Always the minimum time in getting from the car park to the terminal, and speed of pick up is the quickest. One feels welcome. Consistent service, and about the best value there is.

Everything Perfect. Transfers were fast and we didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes after we called then to pick them up

After filling in a very basic form on arrival we were directly taken to the airport drop off zone. Upon our return we called and were picked up after about 10 minutes. The only problem was that it was very windy, raining slightly and quite cold (not that Imagine can be held responsible for that) and there is no shelter at the drop off zone across from the airport building. There might be a better solution for such circumstances. Standing 5+ minutes in the rain is not ideal. Overall we were very happy with Imagine parking.

No complaInts about any aspect of our parking experience at Imagine and would use again when flying from Liverpool.

Provided value for money. Transfers to/from the airport were as promised. Will use them again.

Big panic to find the car park - thought we were going to miss our flight. Hard to understand why there is no sign on the road outside, or on the roundabouts in the area

bit tricky to find, but once there good service and very reasonable price

It did not look like I expected I was looking for a car park not a 'unit', but all fine after that, would use it again.
