Excellent value with good service. More convenient than airport lomg term parking as transfers quick and involves less walking. Only one negative point,lack of signage on entrance gate meant whereabouts not immediately obvious. Will most certainly use them again.

Nothing to add really except from my experiences over maybe 4 visits it all ran like clockwork.

Had a fast transfer on arrival quick booking and parking, had problems with the cars on return really helpfull and understanding even when we had the yard blocked for an hour, even had coffee and tea to go round, they reccomended the RAC and with the show the AA put up no wonder, many thanks will use again. Great value for money.

It's handy, invariably good value. I was transferred two minutes after arriving, but I walked when arriving back, as it was good weather and is only a 5 minute dander... a good spot to leave the car, I have used it 4 or 5 times now, and will continue to do so

We have used Imagine for years. It was recommended to us and we have recommended it to many others. We have had no complaints whatsoever.It is very close to the airport;you could actually walk if, for any unlikely reason, it became necessary. The staff are pleasant and helpful with luggage.

After booking other aiport parks at Liverpool and having to walk a long way to the airport, even though it said 5 mins. I was a little concerned, however there was no need. What a fantastic, friendly and reliable service you offer. I will definately be booking with you again and be telling all my friends. Thanks you for starting our holiday off with a smile

Conveniently close to the airport terminal with fairly prompt transfer after check in. Pick up went very smoothly. Obviously in peak periods it would help to run more shuttle vehicles to accommodate customer demand.

as with every time that I have used Imagine must be approaching 12 times now and every time the service is excellent how do you improve on that

Nearly missed our flight looking for Imagine Parking, signage from the road was very poor and instructions do not warn you. If you miss the turn you end up having to go on through the barriers for the airport parking and drop-off. Once we found the place, it was perfectly OK, convenient and value for money.

Very close to the airport, easy to find, staff great, very friendly, great value for money, drop off and pick up punctual. Would recommend to anyone.

All aspects of the service were good. A friend had used Imagine before and recommended it to me and I would have no hesitation in passing on that recommendation.

Imagine is a great car parking facility. We never use anyone else as we just feel so comfortable and have a lot of trust in Imagine. It is also the best value for money.

No complaints. Near the airport, friendly staff, reasonably priced. As mentioned in previous comments, not sign posted very clearly but managed to find it from the directions given. If flying from Liverpool again, will definitely use them and recommend to anyone else.

I didn't find Imagine Car Parking at the first attempt, so called them up and was given very good directions and pulled up in their car park. I walked into a sort of warehouse type building and had the absolute living juheebus scared out of me by an alsatian dog that was the size of a giraffe. Fortunately, that dog was part of the team of excellent Merseysiders who would be keeping watch over my beloved old banger while I went camping in Portugal. The transfers were spot on and the price was deliciously reasonable. I imagined Imagine car parking would be good, and having used it I imagine Imagine have plenty of other very satisfied customers.

I've booked with this company about 6/7 times now and have always found the service to be good. Friendly staff, good location and always punctual.

Staff where friendly and helpful but the night we arrived their mini bus was not working so driver had to take us (There where 4 adults 2 children) in 2 trips but as it was only a few minutes walk to the airport terminal 3 of us walked, and when we landed we had to wait about 20 mins as there where 5 other families who needed to use the transfer minibus this was not really a problem but it was 3am in the morning and raining and we had 2 little ones with us but car park was value for money and we would use it again
