The car park is difficult to find, but if they had just said it is within the sky-park we would have found it first time. The staff on reception weren't overly friendly when we arrived, but the driver of the minibus (who was obviously new) was absolutely lovely! The service was qick and even quicker when we returned, so we would defo use Imagine again. Reasonable rates too.

Best customer service I have experienced. Used meet and greet recently at both Heathrow and Manchester airports and Imagine was far better.

The people were friendly and the transfer only took 5mins, thats inclduing the pickup and phone call. The only downside is the directions to get there, maybe mention you are on the turnof for Hertz rental after going back down the carriageway from the airport.

Friendly staff made parking-up easy. Simple form filling only required a signature from the Customer to complete the contract. Because the facility is so close to the Terminal buildings, it was only minutes to wait for the transfer minibus to complete a previous drop-off, before you are whisked away for your delivery to departures. Because it had started to rain the driver even provided a closer than usual drop-off point. The return collection worked swiftly having made a call to confirm arrival. Value for money service as advertised with adequate security.

Arrived middle of the night and was taken straight to the terminal. On return I was collected within 5 minutes of ringing.

was very happy with the price and service. just 2 minutes from the airport,would use again. after picking up are bags. we rang for them to pick us up, it took them less than 10 minutes to come and get us.would use again. 10 out of 10

The least stressful airport car parking experience I have ever endured. From arriving at Imagine, we were in the airport terminal within 10 minutes. On arrival back, the transfer taxi picked us up apprx 5 mins after we called, and the car was in exactly the same place where we left it! The staff were also very friendly which is always a bonus.

Well worth the £21 for the location alone - literally at the airport. Pleasant staff both in the mini bus and at the reception. Had a bit of difficulty getting out of a tight space in the dark on return but other than that it was great.

Quick service. The base is within 5 minutes walk if you don't want too wait. There was no hanging about. The staff were friendly.

car park was ok and value for money, i have use this company before and was better on previous trips. on return from holiday, could not get through on phone as went straight to answerphone. i did finally get through 5 mins later. had to wait about 10 minutes which was much longer than previous times as only had to wait 3 to 5 mins. staff did not know where car was in compound and was walking car park for a further 5 mins looking for car. May sound petty but when you have been travelling since very early and for many hours, you expect same level of service. However would use this company as it is value for money and would advise friends and family to try them

Easy to find through the day but on a night the sign was difficult to spot. staff were very friendly and helpful. would definitely use imagine again

This is the second time we have used Imagine car parking and the service was just as good as the first time.

Transfers to airport were fine, but on return the mini carrier had broken down. However a car was waiting to take drivers back to car and passengers waited at airport. This was only for approx 5 mins. and was no problem really.

Staff very friendly on arrival, which was great, however when I called to be picked up I was told to walk because the clutch had gone on the van. Not impressed.

Whilst the staff were very friendly it was regrettable that when we arrived they had no idea where our car had been left. We had to search around looking for it and join them in multiple trips to another offsite parking area to locate our car. We were very relieved to find our car after an hour and a half and it was not the best experience to return back to and exposed the weaknesses in the organisational system.

Very simple process, situated a few minutes from the airport and was transferred there and picked up again on arrival immediately. Car ready and waiting to pick up. It's not well signposted as you're approaching the airport as the council prevents them from displaying IMAGINE signs on the main rd, but give them a quick call for directions before your arrival and they'll tell you what you need to know. Will definitely use them again when flying from Liverpool.

We were attracted to use Imagine for its very competitive price and proximity to the airport. We found the instructions for finding Imagine somewhat confusing, but a quick phone call en route ensured we found the place without a problem. Staff are efficient and friendly and the car is quickly parked up. Transfer to airport is very quick, literally only a couple of minutes. On returning to the airport the minibus wass there in no time and our car was waiting for us when we got back to the car park. Excellent valus and excellent service.
