Bit difficult to get through on the phone when dropping off the car; this added about 10 minutes to the waiting time, so not ideal. Otherwise ok.

Absolutely fantastic service, no waiting when dropping off or picking up. Car was not dirty on return and the service was exceptionally good value for money. We would definitely use RS09 again.

Have used this service before and would always use again in future. Its so much easier than having to park and shift heavy cases onto a shuttle bus. Only problem was we had to wait a short time for our vehicle to be collected and the police moved us on. Just had to go around the block until our driver arrived. Would always use this service and good value for the cost.

Good value for money. Just needed to confirm where to go when first arriving.

Well what a good service. They were waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and we waited a couple of minutes on our return. Very efficient i will definitely use them again. Thank you.

I have never used a meet and greet service so was a little worried. On arriving at the airport, we did have to wait around for about 20 mins as the representative was held up by the previous customer collecting their car, but other than that i couldn't fault it, so easy and hassle free-would definately use the service again.

As I had never driven to gatwick, I wasn't exactly sure where these guys picked us up from. I ended up in one of the multi storey car parks. When I phoned the guy to make him aware that I wax here, he was very rude and said "well your in the car park, totally the wrong place" and started huffing and puffing down the phone. Anyway on our return from holiday, I phoned them when the plane arrived and his reply was " sorry we don't have your car on our system, let me call you back in a minute and see if I can find your car" I ended up calling him half and hour later as I had no phone call. Luckily he turned up with my car 45 minutes later! To say the least I was not impressed! Definately won't be using them again!!!

We have used RS09 twice before an like this time, find the service very good. We were early arriving at Gatwick, but that was no problem for them, an they arrived promptly 15 mins after we called them when we were near to the airport. The man was friendly, he checked over the car, took milage an were quickly on our way to check in- brilliant. On the way home our flight was delayed an so it was after midnight when we rang them , again this was no problem to them and as we got outside by the hotel, we saw our car arriving. This was brilliant as we were very tired an just wanted to be on our way home. RS09 is very good value for money, very good reliable service and I would use again and recommend to my family and friends.

Had my doubts as normally if something looks to good to be true you end up disappointed, so glad to be wrong this time. Best parking method of all.I will definitely use them next time I travel.

Efficient drop off but not overly friendly on the phone. Had to wait for half an hour for return of car without any communication or apology. After long journey in the middle of the night, it wasn't the best end to our trip.

leave enough time in case the airport is busy - everyone is working hard and trying their best.

Excellent for the price - car a bit muddy, and had to wait a bit when arriving at the airport, but the 'greeters' were friendly and professional. Would use again.

We were kept waiting at drop off which was annoying as we'd given them the required amount of warning. The car was waiting for us when we returned though. This was the first time we'd used this service and would again, but would call them even earlier on the way to the airport.

Would I use meet and greet again? YES. Would I use RS09. NO. Took over 20 minutes to get through to the service when dropping the car off (and then with the advertised wait on top of this). When picking the car up- was ringing for over an hour without anyone answering my calls. In this time, line went unavailiable and not recognised, no response to texts sent to the number either. Finally got through on an alternative number (found on the Internet... Thank god for smartphones!) no apology or acknowledgement of this when having the car delivered back. As a service that is supposed to be convieniant it certainly was not- caused a negative end to the holiday. My experience whilst waiting at Gatwick was that other companies were prompt, helpful and reliable. Would go to one of them rather than back to RS09.

We were a little nervous of using this company as they seemed too cheap! However, after a little trouble getting through on the phone to arrange a drop off time everything else worked perfectly. Our flight was delayed on our return so we met the driver at 12.45 pm but there was no delay - will certainly be using the service again- thank you !

Really appreciated the fact that the driver was at the meeting place within about 3 mins of us getting there on the way home - especially as it was at 2.15 in the morning! Would definitely use again

Good service even when leaving and returning to different terminals, slight delay in wait for car on return but arrivals was very busy with lots of cars so quite congested- so to be expected. Would use again.

I always thought meet & greet was expensive. This service was cheaper than a car park. As a single mum there was no struggling with suitcases on buses, no extra charges for the bus ride and so easy. Even having to wait a short time for my car on my arrival back, which was caused by sheer traffic congestion, it was still much quicker than park and ride. In all a great service and I'll definitely use it again

Was very sceptical about this but I had taken the time to read a lot of reviews about RS09 (most good and some not so good) and was so glad I made the decision to use you! So much easier than trains, taxis and parking miles away and waiting for transfers. Your staff were on time and polite and the value for money was top! My only very small gripe would be along the lines of a lot of the reviews is that you could probably do with more phone lines or a controller, but otherwise this was the cherry on top of the icing on the cake for our holiday. Will recommend you to anyone and will definitely be using you again. Thank you!
