Service concept good but admin needs to be 100%. Delivery driver went to wrong terminal....anyone can make mistake....but system did not pick this up until I phoned up and asked what was happening, thinking my car stolen, to be told it was on its way when it was not! Eventually the driver appeared and explained his mistake....but did NOT offer one word of apology!

On phoning to arrange collection of my car when i was about 20 mins away as instructed the company had no record of my booking and I was kept on the phone for 10 minutes until they found the correct paperwork - not good when you are driving! That being said the car was collected quickly and was waiting on our arrival home although it had been handed over clean and came back extremely dirty and covered in bird muck.

Great experience using RS09; friendly staff and prompt, efficient service.

Good value. Friendly staff. I didn't understand the instructions very clearly though of where to collect the car from, and ended up walking to the main roundabout in the rain which wasn't too fun! Also I didn't check the petrol before I left it, but had none when I got back in the car. But overall not bad

Dropping off was okay, but on return, the car was quite late in coming. When the car arrived, it went down the wrong lane. After dragging the luggage to the vechile, the non-english speaking driver said the correct lane was busy. Rubbish ! She missed it and made a poor excuse. She did not even give us the chance to check the vechile.

Very fast efficient service would recommend. very friendly and polite.

I found the service good value for money and very efficient and would recommend it especially if arriving back late.

When we called 20 mins ahead of our arrival, we were given very clear and simple instructions. Upon our arrival at the airport and we were greeted by a very friendly attendant who checked over the car and allowed us to get on our way with no hassle. Our flight home was delayed by one hour, but this did not phase RS09. I called to confirm our arrival (2 am) and still the response was polite and helpful giving us clear instructions. Once again we were met by a friendly assistant and set off home with no hassle. Please give these guys ago, it will make your holiday a more pleasurable experience.

Absolutely no complaints. Everything occurred as it should have. I will definitely use the service again.

Not as punctual at drop off (especially) or collection as they have been previously, but other than that a very good value service. Punctuality is an issue though and might persuade me to try another supplier next time.

Driver was on time to meet us polite & pleasent .On return the delivery was the quickest we have ever had .

Dont suppose you will put this review on yr website. just received a letter from the police,was I aware that my car was parked on a public highway for a week? So much for secure parking, what a bunch of cowboys

Just nice and easy, saved all the agro of getting long term parking, the time lost waiting for buses and lugging baggage around, and considerably cheaper.

We unexpected landed at different terminal which I hadnt realised. But it was no trouble to them. Mileage seemed to be about 9 miles each way.

I had concerns when reading other reviews and hoped not to be one of the dissappointed few. I need not have worried. Pickup was prompt even tho' I was unable to give 20 mins notice of arrival. However, it was the return pickup that I was impressed with. I had put our return time of arrival at 14.00hrs 03/10/12 instead of 02.00hrs. Some confusion when I rang until I realised my error. They were still able to bring us our car within the following hour. I will certainly use them in future.

Really worried once booked due to some of the reviews and as the price did seem so reasonable compared to other companies offering "meet and greet" but we were all very chuffed with the service we received at both ends of our journey. When we arrived at the airport our "meeter and greeter" was waiting for us. He checked the car over for scratches, noting them down and then took a note of the mileage etc, which we obviously confirmed. Again, when we returned from holiday our car was returned promptly in the same condition we had left it! We will recommend RS09 to anyone likely to use such a service and we will certainly continue to use them if they carry on providing such an excellent service.

My flight came into a south terminal instead of north terminal. I rang this through and was told that this would not be a problem and the car should be at the south shortly. I waited for 50 minutes since my first call before the car was delivered to me in the south terminal (apparently the driver had inadvertently taken it to the north terminal). Previously I have been very happy with the service and perhaps this was just an unlucky blip.

Was a bit anxious, having never used this service before. However, phoned from the M23 and your guy was waiting when we arrived at the South Terminal. Handover was quick. Arriving back we rang from inside the terminal and, again, your driver was waiting for us. Will definitely use you again.

Booked on line, when as advised I called the company at 3.00 am to say I was 10 mins from airport advised that I was not on their list and there was no record of my booking. Luckly I had printed off booking with ref no on !!

I used this service for the first time this month (Sept.2012) and as a regular traveller was very impressed both with the value and time it saved me . No more off airport parking for me !
