The car park was within easy access to the north terminal of Gatwick and the transfers were quick and simple.

the buses were on time and didnot have to wait long- however on exit ticket would not read and had to exit car and go to office and get help. as it was about 2 am and poring rain and 2 small children unhappy in back eat this was not ideal.. the staff did sort it though. I would maybe go for a car park that can read number plates when you have pre paid?

The initial ticketing system is easy to use, the parking and subsequent retrieval also simple when one is tired and scratchy aftera flight, and the few staff I met courteous and efficient so I would commend them to any other traveler

We had some difficulty finding the correct parking area in the dark and in heavy rain. Apart from that, I have no complaints.

The only criticism I had of this car park was that the signage wasn't very clear as to where to get the transfer bus from when we returned from our holiday. Other than that it was good value for money and I would use it again.

Although some way from the North terminal, we always find parking at Flightpath works well with regular transfer coaches.

I'll definitely be using your service again, although a little more strategically placed lights in the car park would have made finding the car easier in the dark.

Having used gatwick north several times i find it very frustrating when my exit ticket does not allow me out,even though i have paid the bill months before.The experiance of returning to your office early in the morning is not very pleasant.

Great quality, very near to the terminal, only had to wait 1 1/2 minutes for the bus. I messed up on our way in, sorted out by staff in 2 minutes, not a problem. Have used this car park before and will use again.

its the first time i used long term car park. Very good. Even though i started very early -4am it was easy to do and very smooth. i was impressed.

Whenever I use Flightpath North the Exit System fails to see my reg. number and have to get ticket validated manually, most annoying at 1.30am on a cold night!!!!! Its not my numberplate at fault 20 others were in the same boat.

Accept for an issue when I came to pay on exit (where I was told I owed £210)which was sorted out very quickly, my experience was very good, easy to find etc

You cannot leave the car park by entering your ticket into the machine when you leave, you need to go to the customer service desk 1st to have the card activated before leaving.

You park your car, wait for the bus and it drops you outside the terminal, on return no phone calls needed and bus always arrives within 10mins if you have just missed one. Even at 2am

Plenty of clearly labelled spaces, fast transfers with friendly drivers, changing the SimplyParking booking ref for an exit ticket done in a fast and friendly manner. Would have no hesitation about using them again - and the price was good.

The major problem was that people queueing did not have the correct documentation - ie no car parking ticket or no booking confirmation. They caused considerable delays for those who had read the paperwork! Could not one area be reserved for those without the correct documentation to avoid this?

Easy to find, easy to park, transfers quick and efficient. Were not charged any extra even though we were late collecting the car due to a nearly two our wait for our baggage. No complaints at all, would use them again.

I found the whole process from online booking to collecting my car on the return journey to be very quick and easy. The only problem was with the roadworks around the North Terminal.
