when we arrived your staff were there as promised to take the car. when we returned one call and ten minutes later the car was infront of us. A very good service indeed. Its a pity the rest of the Gatwick experience wasn't as good.

Travelling alone with 2 small children/luggage/buggy and car seat, I was nervous to say the least about car drop offs. But the guys at Meteor made me feel utterly secure and safe and helped as much as they could. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent service! Highly recommended if you have small children,straight out of Arrivals & into our car.Will definately use again.

This is the ONLY way to do parking at the airport! It takes all the hassle away from your journey. The Meteor representative was at departures when we turned up at the airport and we had a 10 minute wait from when we phoned at baggage reclaim. They were courteous and polite and the car had been looked after.

First time we have used this service - all delivered as advertised - much better than using the standard car parks especially on the return trip (late at night and kids in tow) - well worth the extra cost.

Booked on the web site and recieved e-mail confirmation. On calling the defined number 10 minutes prior to arrival we were told that the company had no record of our booking.It took us 90 minutes to find out were to go to which was all time spent ring different numbers on the booking information. In the end we were told to go to NCP valet parking which is obviously not meet & greet. I highly stressful experince for which we paid £87.00 when 2 weeks parking at valet is only £75.00.

The theory is excellent, however, they were late to collect my car and traffic wardens at the airport kept trying to give me a ticket. They also took 10 mins to deliver the car back, not as speedy as expected. The main concern was that the car also had 79 additional miles on the clock, I would not recommend this company.

This is my third experience of 'Meet and Greet' and am unlikely to ever use anything else. Meet and Greet saves time and hassle. It is just so easy and a pleasant start and finish to my trip. Have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the service.

I was pleased with the service.. it was very easy and i didnt have to wait long for them to take or bring back my car. Car was in decent condition, so cant complain about anything. would def use again.

This service offers excellent value for money. The driver was there to take the car within a few minutes of our arrival at the airport and delivered the car back at the end of the holiday, again within a few minutes of phoning through. It takes the stress out of having to mini bus between car park and airport

From telephaone call en route to departure right through to collection on departure the service did exactly what it said on the tin. A thoroughly nice experience which I expect to repeat when I next travel.

Although the car was picked up and returned on time as promised outside Gatwick terminal, unfortunately the car was damaged when it was returned -- the car had deep scratches down one side of the car, probably caused by another car's bumper scraping along it, as well as a huge dent in the door caused by 'parking knock'.

This is the first time i have ever used a service like this & i did a bit of research before I booked. I was very happy with CPS & would definitely use them again & recommend them to friends. They were there to meet us at the airport and we were only waiting a few mins when we arrived to go home. Much easier than dragging the kids on to the long term parking bus after a busy weekend!!! Definitely recommend!!!

This service is definitely worth the extra few pounds, rather than parking your car yourself and taking the usual bus trip to the terminal. Especially with small children and big cases! I called the number given at the time of booking 10 mins before arriving at the terminal and by the time I'd pulled into the drop-off zone and got the cases out of the car the driver was there to collect the car. The it was straight into the terminal to begin our hoilday. The driver (and car) was waiting in the same place when I returned two weeks later. Very simple and effective.

I was so pleased that I chose to use this service as it contributed to the enjoyment of my holiday. In the past I have used the long stay car park where I have had to wait for the bus etc. and this was not welcomed when landing in the early hours of the morning. I will do this all the time in the future now.

Make sure you call earlier than 10 minutes before when arriving at the airport for your outward journey as we struggled to get through to speak to someone, either being put in a queue or getting through to an answer phone that you could not leave a message on! On return the service was really prompt and from landing to being on our way only took about 25mins, would recommend it and use the service again.

Excellent service on arrival. Car park attandant ready and waiting, friendly and helpful. Recommended for easing the nerves of flying! However was quite a long wait when we arrived, tired and wanting to get hoe. Took good 15 mins for them to turn up with our car despite following proceedure to the letter. Nevertheless, would use again for ease of departure.

We were very happy with the service from CPS. The driver met us promply on our departure and was very helpful. The only small criticism was the 15min wait on the phone to request the car on our return but this really was'nt a big problem. I would'nt hesitate using CPS again for my next holiday.

it worked like clockwork , rang from the travel lodge we were staying at the people arrived a couple of minutes after us, checked car , took it away , and on return worked just as well rang ,once through customs walked over road and they arrived a few minutes after as promised briiliant and efficent service and will use again !!

Instructions to phone CPS car parking when entering the M23 were followed, giving them the required notice of arrivial at Gatwick North. Despite this, had to wait for 15 minutes before representative made himself known. However, on return, after contacting the company to notify them of clearing customs, the car was waiting for us when we exited the airport. Overall, a service we will certainly consider using again.
