Made booking online. Phoned about quarter of an hour before arriving and when I arrived, handed over my keys to a man who gave me a booking slip/receipt in return. When I arrived back, I called their number, waited outside where told, and within 10 minutes I was back in my car. Very, very easy. Reasonable premium over normal parking for the utter lack of hassle involved in getting car stored and you to airport!

makes travelling a lot less painful...especially when you are arriving at the airport at 4am and the last thing you want to do is travel miles from your car to the airport! would definately do this again.

I paid £6 more to park with the meet and greet than to park at the airport. I was dubious about this- but the service was absolutely excellent: punctual, polite and helpful. Would barely consider using anyone else now.

We were very pleased with using Meteor parking for the first time. The only difference between Meteor parking and valet parking on site - is that you just need to call for your car 10 minutes before you exit the terminal building - and its half the price of valet parking! Well done Meteor - we had a very good introduction and will therefore use your services in future.

Worth the small difference in price from a regular car park, we arrived slightly early and called as they advise when we were 10 mins away, someone was waiting for us when we got there. And our car was waiting for us on our return. Would definitely use again.

Meteor were there waiting when I dropped off my car and even came back promplty when I realised had left flight tickets in car! On way home phoned them at luggage collection and waited 5 minutes for them. All in all good service!

Somthing happened with our original booking which meant that we were not expected when we called, but it was all sorted by the time we arrived at Gatwick and the car collected. On the way home we called as our bags arrived and the car was there, no queing for car park tickets, just in and away. Thank you

The service would have been excellent except that upon 200 yds immediately leaving the airport the back tyre was FLAT causing much inconvenience unloading the luggage and standing out in the pouring rain. We would have thought the driver would have noticed this when handing over the car to us as the tyre would have not deflated that quickly.

We had problems getting through on the phone to start with but after that everything went very smoothly, the greeter was there as we arrived and, despite the fact that we were hand baggage only, so no reclaim, he was there with the car in a few minutes. absolutely brilliant and excellent value for money.

We were very pleased with the service. It was easy to book . The instructions were clear the service was excellent, we would definietly use them again.

Service was exactly as promised. On return I was told the car would be there in 8-10 minutes; the driver delivered the car after exactly 9 minutes. Call handling staff and drivers were very clear & professional and the car had been quickly cleaned. The whole process was much easier & simpler than expected. Good value.

Exactly as described . After calls made , drivers arrived within 5 mins both outward and return . Certainly worth the payment to avoid fighting for shuttle busses with family and suitcases . Takes the stress out of trip . Highly recommended, would use again

Made an error my end with reg no. but Meteor were really understanding and helpful. The man that came for the car was chatty and friendly and made you feel that your car would be in good hands

The staff were very professional and smartly dressed! They were there very quickly at the airport to collect the car and when I returned.

The service provided was exactly as it said in the instructions. We phoned when close to the airport and there was someone waiting for us at the terminal as promised and we called again on return as soon as we had our luggage. The driver returned our car in no time at all.

It would have been even a better experience if the driver arrived about 10 minutes earlier to pick up my car. I was chased by the traffic wardens to go around, but there was a big queue to go up the ramp to departures, so I chose to wait.... On the way back, I was put in a "phone queue" which cost me an extra £2 as the line was busy. Not a big problem.

For The Extra Few Quid, I will Never Use Airport Parking Again When I Can Have A Service Like This - Professional, Efficient And A Great Help At The Airport When You're Loaded Up With Bags!!!
