Well i have all ways used Meteor parking as i am all ways in and out of the county, but this time it was the worst ever as we gave plenty of notice and was waiting out in the could for over 30mins and this was the same coming back,so i dont know if i would be using them again as i am out on the 17th of this month to. regards

The service was very efficient. We were met when expected the car was returned on time. No hanging about. The staff were very friendly and we had confidence that the car would be well looked after. Would certainly recommend thyem to anyone who wants to use a meet & greet service. Great value too!!

Timing for collection and delivery are very important to me. In this case we waited 10 minutes for collection and only 1 minute on return. This compares favourably with previous experiences using other companies.

The whole experience was effortless. One phone call when we arrived at the airport and a driver was waiting to park the car. When we returned again one phone call and the car arrived as we exited the building. I would definitely recommend Meteor Parking for the meet and greet service, great service and good value for money.

This was the first time I've ever used valet parking. We had a short wait for the car to be collected, but it was sitting there waiting for us when we arrived back. Brilliant service. I'll be using them again.

Everything worked as it should do although I did have to wait for my car for about 15 mins when I returned. Staff were friendly and I would definitely use them again.

My car collection was 20 minutes late on arrival at North Terminal. On my return, I asked if the return driver would kindly give me a missed call on my mobile when he arrived back with my car. I requested this because it was late at night, cold and dark and I could not see the drop off point from the Arrivals building. I was told in a rude manner that that could not possibly be done as they had hundreds of other customers to see to. I was told this in a brusque, unfriendly manner.

Staff met us in accordance with the instructions on time and everything went smoothly - would use Meteor again. Thank you.

we phoned ten minutes before arrival and they arrived punctually for bothe the eparture and arrival, which is the best experience of using these companies to date.

i have used a few meet and greets and meteor seemed professional and friendly. Would use again next time.

we were met at Gatwick very early on a Sunday (4.55am!) by a courteous and punctual driver. the system could not have worked more smoothly. a week later the plan was the same but our driver was delayed on his journey back to the meeting point so we waited a little grumpily for 21 minutes. i am going to put this down as a one off as we really liked the politeness and fuss-free nature of our dealings with Meteor- we will use them next time we travel

First time is using Meteor. A professional service and prompt and efficient in collecting the car. Return trip was lacking detail as the car was sent to the wrong terminal and we were left waiting on the stand until the car arrived. Will give them another chance to redeem.

The whole Meteor experience was as promised and as it should be - what a pleasant surprise in today's world. I shall definitely be using this service again for future trips abroad.

They never received booking so it took 25 minutes for car to be collected. From then on, everything was fine. Have used Meteor before and would use again

Easy to book, clear instructions on drop off and pick up on return. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport for our outbound journey and the car was waiting for us on our return. Well worth the money to reduce the hastle of travelling by air.

Very pleseant staff but did phone to confirm it was the North Terminal as it didn't come up on the confirmation form, which they agreed was on the account but had to restate this when dropping off AND picking up the car. Not a major problem, just minor glitch in super experience
