CPS chauffeur got two trolleys for me when we got to the departure terminal, which made unloading the car a lot easier. The return chauffeur on arrival was very pleasant. The service made dealing with the car a breeze, and is extreemly useful for families with young impatient children.

The outward drop-off was so easy. As soon as we were 10 mins away we rang through and got an immediate answer and clear instructions. Although the airport was busy, we were met and the handing over was simplicity itself. On the return journey we had been delayed and had problems with baggage handlers. The company contacted us to make sure that we were alright and the car was waiting for us straight away. I had never used a service like this before, but my wife and I will always use it from now on.

Takes the strain out of arriving and departing, which can be a stressful time.

Having to drive a fair distance to Gatwick from home is always not a good start to any holiday, or air journey, but using a meet and greet service makes it less stressful and the cost involved is much the same as using a taxi. Have used the service before and will definitely use it again.

I rang on my way to Gatwick, the driver was there when I arrived. On my return I phoned from the luggage hall and by the time I walked down he was there with my car. I thought the arrangements worked extremely well and I will use this service again when flying from Gatwick. I chose this company because when I looked to book the site referred to drivers being fully insured, the car being parked securely and the company having the relevant security approval whereas some other car park services did not.

Excellent if arriving late at night or after a long flight.

I was a bit nervous before we set off to the airport - we've never used this kind of service before. No need for worry, it was great! Telephoned to say we'd be 30 minutes later to the airport than we'd agreed - they said no problem... as we drove up to the departure area the CPS Parking car was right behind us! Nice chap looked the car over and we asked if they could valet it while we were away - no problem (though added cost)! Arrived back home to baggage delays, meaning we were through customs about an hour after we'd agreed - again we'd phoned to say and it was no problem! Car (gleaming inside and out) met us within 2 minutes of our leaving the terminal! Great service - will be recommending to friends and will certainly use again... thanks CPS!

A truly excellent service, I had made my orginal booking for departure and arrival to LGW, then realised that I was in fact flying from LHR, I phoned CPS and you were brilliant, transporting my car between the two, and for a really reasonable fee.I have used this service before and will continue to use it in the future, there isn't a better way to arrange airport travel.

Excellent service, which I shall continue using and recommend to my friends. I would urge the Airport to allow services like this to have a dedicated area for pickup/drop off, which will make their security concerns easier, and remove the need to have to try and spot the driver from CPS among all of the other cars.

It is worth paying the extra to be able to go straight to departures and not have to transfer from another car park. Hassle-free and very convenient. Highly recommended.

Slight confusion over pick up on arrival at Gatwick on outbound journey and difficult to contact due to busy lines.

Short wait on arrival and on leaving but still by far the best way of travelling to and from the ariport by car.
