Staff were prompt, friendly and professional and the whole drop off and pick up arrangement was seamless and completely stress free, especially when returning from holiday well after midnight on a delayed flight! Will most definitely be using them again.

I am a regular user of valet parking and I have to say this was my best experience to date. The car was collected and dropped back within minutes both times - even though I was almost one hour early coming back in to the UK. Fantastic service!

An excellent, professional and friendly service, we have used Gatwick CPS in the past and will continue to use them in the future. They even called us to let us know we had left a piece of luggage on the trolly and met us to return it!! 100% value.

Everything worked like clockwork. The driver was already waiting for us on our arrival at Gatwick, and we only had to wait a couple of minutes to collect our car when we returned. Would definitely use this service again.

The CPS staff were efficient and cheerful. I was delayed arriving for departure, no problems there, just a simple phone call, and the driver was waiting when I did arrive. On arrival back the driver was again on time. I have used other meet and greet services and usually had to wait for car pickup or return. Would use CPS again and recommend to others.

Made life simple getting to and from the airport. Pleasant, helpful staff. Removed the requirement to lug baggage on and off buses and across carparks.

Really prompt at both ends. On our arrival at the airport, someone was waiting for us and clearly showed us where to pull in. On the way back the car was again waiting - fantastic service with very pleasant and helpful staff.

First time we've taken our two 5 year old grandchildren abroad. The meet and greet service offered by CPS ensured an easy, trouble free start and finish to the holiday. We'll be using the service in future.

We have been using APH several times before. CPS seems to be slightly more expensive but still value for money, as no waiting around for chauffeur before departure/upon arrival. Very efficient, smooth handovers. Worth your money!! Highly recommendable. Will certainly use CPS again.

Excellent in all respects. Pick up within a few minutes of arriving and drop off within a few minutes of arriving back in UK at an ungodly hour! Surpassed expectations and will use again.

The meet and greet service is a bit more than park and ride, but for ease of use is well worth the money.

The service was excellent. The only fault was that the car was returned with bird droppings on, which were not there before. It MAY be that they would have cleaned them off if I hadn't got back an hour earlier than I originally stated. My car was delivered back within 5 minutes of my request.

Far and away the best drive and fly experience we have had for Gatwick Parking, highly recommended.

Service worked very well. Would be even better if there was a dedicated stopping place for collection and delivery. It was really busy at Gatwick when we arrived back and the driver had to double park. Rushing to load up the luggage and move off, I managed to leave my hand luggage behind on the back of the trolley!! Fortunately an honest soul handed it in. On the question of honesty, we left a £1 coin in the car for the return journey through the tunnel, but we couldn't find it when we returned. Apart from that little niggle, it's a good service and we would use it again.

Staff were very friendly and not bothered that we arrived over an hour earlier than we had stated. Very efficent and smooth - will use again.

Being disabled (I am a wheel-chair user) I particularly valued not having to board and disembark from a bus to and from the car-park. I also found the fact that the Chauffeur fetched a trolley for my wife to use with the luggage and, on our return, replaced the trolley for us, after helping to load our luggage into our car, was a real help. An excellent service which I will use again and recommend.

I was late arriving at the airport and rang to inform them. They were very friendly and said not to worry, just to call when I was approaching the airport and they'd meet me, and they did. On return we rang when we had our luggage and by the time we were outside, so was our car. Handover process very efficient and drivers friendly and professional.

This has so far been the best meet and greet service. We were met by a very helpful representative who had a trolley ready for us. Matter of a very few minutes to leave the car and head for check in. Inbound was even more pleasant. Delayed flight, ended up in the wrong terminal. They offered to drive the car to us, but we decided to go to the original meeting point. Stepped out of arrivals (it was cold!)and the car was warmed up and ready for us to drive off. Only took a matter of seconds for the key to be handed back to us. This was a really good service!!

I really can't fault the company. They did exactly as promised and as advertised. Will definitely use them again.
