Very happy.

Dropped car off outside the office, handed in keys- went on holiday, went back to office, picked up keys and got in car and drove off. Thank you.

Would have no hesitation in using Courtlands again!

Easier than other parking I have used.

I will use it next time I visit gatwick.

It is so close we could almost walk!!

My only issue was that although the instructions for getting to Courtlands were fine there were no instructions for getting back to the motorway on my return. The route is not one of simply reversing the original route.

Communication at the end of the journey was poor however, there was a short 10 minute wait for the bus at the end of a long long journey from Andorra.

Very well organised and run.

Would definitely use it again.

All went very smoothly, except had fight to get luggage on and off high racks.

When I called to inform Courtlands that I had returned, the chap I spoke to did not seem bothered. I had to ask where to meet the bus and if he needed my customer reference number.

Overall good value, no real complaints proved by the fact that I always use this facility when departing from Gatwick.

Good directions provided from acceptance e-mail. Smooth registration, friendly and polite staff. Definitely will use again when flying from Gatwick.

Our parking was dealt with quickly and efficiently and we were transferred swiftly to our terminal. On arrival back, same good service experienced. Have used Courtlands in the past and also other parking facilities, but would always try and book at Courtlands as first preference.
