full marks!! No waiting around at Gatwick on a freezing cold night- car was ready waiting when we got back to the car park - thank you

Transfers to and from the airport were quick and efficient despite bad weather. I used to use on-airport parking at Long Stay Plus until it closed. Would recommend Cophall Farm.

Very good experience overall. We took the car to the car park and were dealt with promptly and with courtesy by the reception staff and the bus driver. We used the chauffeur service to deliver the car back to us at the airport on return. This worked very well; we waited only 5 minutes or so for the delivery, in the early hours of the morning. If I'm being very picky, the sign for the car park at the entrance could be better; I missed it the first pass. We will definitely use this car park again.

We found the staff most helpful and and efficient providing reassurance at a stressful time.

CFP is a great option when flying from Gatwick. The distance is minimal from the terminals taking in account flying is a time consuming experience, so just key in this extra factor. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. After returning from my holiday I misplaced my padlock key for my suitcase. Upon arriving at the Farm, staff went out of their way to acquire a bolt cutter from the garage next door to snip it off. This saved me a lot of time and bother, so many thanks to them :) Just remember to phone them when you're at the baggage reclaim which gives them time to be at the pick up point or as soon as humanly possible, when you arrive there. Happy travelling :)

The girls at reception were really nice even at 4am were smiling and polite. The gent Who was driving the transfer bus also. And took our heavy suitcase with no complain. Really short drive to and from airport. Overall very good. Only slightly negative thing is not signposted as well and I nearly missed the entrance twice. But it was veri dark though!

Despite the distance from Gatwick the transfer was swift and efficient. Will definitely use them again. I paid half of what my friends did!

Cheapest parking available this holiday, we travel quite often and usually pick the cheapest parking on offer, not always the best service, but this time we were very happy with the service provided, comfy minibus, very little waiting at the airport on our return and the car ready near the office, so no hunting through a large carpark looking for it. Would recommend.

Firstly it's not a farm. They don't park your car in a field...If your happy with off airport parking, which I am, then you can't beat them for value for money.

Cophill farm parking was easy to find, the staff were polite and helpfull. The parking area was well lite with security cameras and fencing around it. The transfer to and from the airport was quick and efficient, I would not hesitate in recommending them to my friends and family.

efficient competent staff, minibuses ran regularly, about 10min wait at each end. bit of a long walk from drop off and pick up to terminal, though this was same for all carparking firms.

We use cophall Fam Parking every time we fly from Gatwick because the service is excellent. our car is always ready and waiting for us to just get in and go home.not much more to say.

Thanks very much for friendly and efficient service. The bus from the parking site left immediately after our arrival and we only had to wait for about 10 mins for our car to arrive on our return from holiday. We'll certainly use Cophill parking again

Excellent friendly service. We had to wait less than 5 minutes at either end and the car was exactly as we left it. No unnecessary bureaucracy.
