The pre-recorded tape message used when you ring at the airport to advise your arrival was badly distorted and very hard to hear especially as there was so much noise in a very busy airport.

Even on a foggy, dark morning we found the BCP Parking with no problems, and were transported to and from Gatwick airport with no more than a few minutes wait.

Mostly quite good. Car was waiting for us on return. Did have a bit of trouble finding it. We ended up in Redhill at 5am!

Arrival at BCP went very well, well organised and transfered to airport very quickly. Return was a disaster! After phoning - had to wait over 30 minutes for coach in the early hours of the morning - very cold - particularly for children. Then when we arrived at BCP, car and keys were not there as staff had forgotton to get the cars for the people who had them undercover!

BCP - Outbound fine. BCP Return - I was totally appalled. Return time 23.10 It was pouring with rain, I was travelling alone with no umbrella. I was given my keys and told the isle location - I struggled with baggage and did not see effectively through my glasses in the rain. I left my case in the isle and ran back for assistance. A member of staff came out with umbrella, he did not offer me shelter as I pulled my case along and on locating my car he promptly turned about face leaving me to further struggle with keys, bags and case! As you can imagine I now have a head cold as I had returned from Cyprus where temperatures were in the 20's. I could not held an umbrella even if I had one but a little courtesy of 2 minutes would not have gone amiss. I had to think hard?? - was it because I was wearing a tracksuit as opposed to my normal workwear of suit or simply because I was a black woman. Either way I don't feel I will use their service again and I travel frequently up to 9 times a year on business and pleasure.

I did not even think about my car until I stepped off the plane at Gatwick and that was just what i wanted. I was at the car park no more then 10 minutes and on the way home. I will be using BCP Gatwick for all my car parking requirements from now on.

My experience with BCP was very positive. I would be confident to use them again. It did not prove to be a stressful beginning or end to a few days away. Staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints!

This is only the second time we have used this service, it was very efficient, no waiting for coaches either way and I had the added bonus of having my car valeted whilst I was away. All staff were helpful and friendly.
