They do what they say. In particular I like dropping car AND LUGGAGE at reception i.e. right next to the coach and the staff load it for you. Very efficent, friedly and professional service. Easy to find from M23. Ideal. Please pass on my thanks.

Despit my plane landing several hours late, there was a bus waiting when I came out of the airport. The driver was friendly and helpful and the staff in thwe office were polite, smiley and organised. It seems ed like a good place to work as well as a professional company. I didn't think it was too expensive to park and ensure your car was safe whilst away. I liked that it was right next door to a petrol station, it was another weight off my mind when planning my drive home.

price and service was good. Transfer and distance not bad. The one thing we did not like was getting back into the car after picking it up. It stinked of ciggarette smoke!

I have used APH several times before and each time has been a pleasant and efficient experience. Staff are friendly, booking in is quick and easy. Transfer time between carpark and airport is only 10 mins and coaches run every 15 mins. All in all good value for money. I would definitely recommend APH.

Not the first time to use this service and certainly not the last. Hassle free even at 4am in the morning.

So easy, secure and reliable. Didn't even have to wait for transfers. I arrived back 5 hours early but they had my car out ready for me for when I got there. Excellent value for money, will certainly use again.

Although slightly more expensive than some other parking places we always park here.We have always had good service and felt safe and secure.

Cheap, friendly and seemed very secure, bus driver helped with luggage. Can imagine transfers taking a lot longer if roads congested. Bus was waiting to take us to airport, had to wait 5mins before bus turned up on return at very cold and draughty bus stop but that's more the fault of the airport rather than APH. Would use again.

First rate, helpful staff, punctual transfers, coach waiting as soon as we came out the airport on our way home, car ready just outside reception, thank you. Will use again

ONE OF THE BEST CAR PARKS I HAVE USED. AS USUAL HAD TO WAIT 10-15MINS FOR BUS IN MIDDLE OF NIGHT. FORTUNATELY IT WAS WARM DRY WEATHER

The most reasonably priced, efficient service available. Such an easy process, quick transfer and efficient service. For gatwick it's perfect! Not the first time used and would definately use again. Thank you.

Staff efficient and courteous. Used your service for the first time because I am past the age of lifting cases upto 5 feet in the air into luggage racks on other airport car park coaches. Although a little further from the airport your site is easy to find. Overall I was very pleased with the service and will use you again.

I chose APH Gatwick to save money. Have always parked on the airport before. APH Gatwick is easy to find, quick transfer to the airport. On return the coach is there for you. Your car is ready for you and your away in no time. No hassle smooth operation, and a saving on airport parking. I will be using APH again.

From arriving at APH main gate signage is good directing you to where to park for reception. Reception very efficient and speedy, with both outgoing and return transfers being quick and carried out by polite helpfull drivers, we would highly recommend using this company. Both my wife and I have used APH for the last 6 years or so and would not consider going anywhere else.

Return journey was unsatisfactory. Lack of information on where to wait for the bus.

didnt book till last minute, and one of the cheapest i found, however the car park was easy to find, with excellent friendly service. no waiting for transfers to and from the airport. absolutely fantastic service would highly recommend.

It was good, just that the bus stops at gatwick are too far! and when we were collected the driver stopped at stop 6 and not 7 as stated, so everyone had to carry all their stuff to the bus, and a couple with 3 babies with loads of luggage,that was not right!

Very easy to find. No fussy paperwork. Coach drivers friendly and helpful. Would happily recommend to other travellers.

Arrived at the parking lot location and was quickly thru the checkout and on the bus. Everyone was really friendly and helpfull. On the way home, there was a bus already loading up and the driver, even tho it was 3.00am, was as chirpy and friendly as could be. I know where I will be parking from now on if I fly from Gatwick. Thank you all for your profesionalism. I could not fault you if I tried.
