Good service from coach drivers but reception staff not the friendliest bunch.

I have used quitea few airport parking services over the years and believe that APH is probably the best I have experienced. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and our whole experience was problem and trouble free.

Worth every penny just need to add extra time to get to airport. We left it a bit tight and had an anxious 20 minute wait for the drop off bus to leave but once it did we were at LGW within 10 mins . Really nice to not pay nearly as much as the flight just to park the car.

It was one of the hot summer fridays and the M25 was not only a car park with multiple incidents. It took me 4hrs to do a 1.5hr journey, I called APH who were very understanding and kept my booking. The only two things I thought were that the contact number is an 0844 which is a premium line number so from a mobile it costs a fortune , why not have an ordinary number? also in the event there is a major problem on the transport front, and someone like me who is travelling on their own so not always using the meet and greet facility could be offered a key drop at the terminal for a little charge so that I could have still caught my flight.

Clear directions, easy to find and close enough to Gatwick. Very organised and efficient. Did have to wait doe pick up on return but no longer than 10-15 minutes.

So, when I arrived, there were many people but still the check-in was quite fast. Also for the transfer to the airport, no problems. However, on the way back, there was a long waiting time to get the shuttle, some people said they were waiting for more than 30 min. But finally it got there and again fast on the check-out. Maybe it was just bad luck, but next time I will try a different one just to compare...

All fine, except on return exit code card not clearly given - left on high work surface and not placed into customer's hand. Had to come back and collect it when unable to leave at exit gate.

This car parking is the closest you get to 'meet and greet'. You drop your car off, give them your keys and your car is 'looked after' while you're away. The drivers to the airport (only 10 minutes - I timed it!) are very friendly and helpful with the luggage and you get dropped right to the departures entrance. Cheaper than the on-site Gatwick parking and they do look after your car personally. On return you phone them and they get your car ready and waiting for you on return to the car park. I will definitely use again.

We found the directions given for the car park extremely efficient and the whole experience very trouble free.

Used aph a few times before so i know how much of a very good service they provide and wish to thank them once more for their help in enjoying my holiday from the time i left to the time i got back

great parking service, maximum 10 minutes waiting for transfer from airport, definitely will use them next time, Just not happy because I dont know why they reset the odometer to 0 after parking...

It was really convenience for us. We arrived the airport on time. It was worth for us. I will use the facilities again.

Booking the car in with APH was simple and fast online, they provided directions to guide us to them and these were very easy and accurate to follow! Everything from when we arrived with the car was fast, on-time and simple! Very happy with APH Gatwick, will definetly use them again!

A good service with helpful staff, and fast turnround. Not the cheapest mind you, although not bad; I got a similar price last year for staying in the main long stay car park, whereas as APH is around a 15 min trip.

coach clean, quick trip to the airport and good value but we had to wait nearly half an hour for a return coach to the car park.

Very easy to find, checking & collection straight forward, very efficient service, will use again..

from when we left the car then by bus to the airport and return journey back,it was a very good experience.Have used the carpark three times this year and makes this part of the holiday hassel free,well done.
