The directions given were spot on and we had no problems finding the car park. Service in the office was polite, fast and efficient and outside, the driver weighed our cases and put them on the coach - no struggling to get your own cases on whilst driver sits watching you! On the return, I rang the office, was told to go down to the coach bay and within a couple of minutes getting there, the coach arrived. Again driver put cases on. This was much appreciated at 2am!!! Would not hesitate to use APH again.

some statements may say hard to find or get too, i myself found the carpark easy to find, no long waiting times for transfers, helpfull chatty staff, overall great.

I have used these before so went back to them and haven't had any problems, drop you off quick and pick you up as soon as you get outside of gatwick.

The turn up, unload and hop on a bus system that is operated is both fast and efficient and the drivers are most helpful, especially when I have had occassion to travel on my own.

The parking facility was easy to find, the reception staff were efficient and friendly. The coach drivers were helpful and friendly so finding the return bus stop was easy. The second time I have used APH. Will definitely use again.

Easy to find and transferred car and got on coach straight away. Very efficient system and coach was waiting at 1.30am when we arrived back too. Less than £50 for a week is excellent value. Will definitely use again if we travel from Gatwick!

I have used the APH service on a number of occasions and will continue to do so in the future. I have always found the sevice to be courteous and efficient, and provided the prices remain competitive I will have no hesitation in using the service again and recommending it.

Every member of staff we met were very polite and friendly. Coach was clean, modern and comfortable. Would recommend APH.

Worked like a dream, my only moan, which is not APH's fault is in North terminal the bus stop is MILES away from the exit/entrance. I was glad I didn't have much in the way of luggage or had crutches or something, that would have been interesting. Must have been thought of by a man.

The staff were friendly at reception, the coach driver was helpful and humourous. Helped with bags on and off, smooth journey. Collection was there when we arrived at the stop so no need to call them. Yes the stop is further than the long stay stop, but only about 500 yards up. No problems really and the journey back was the same. Reception took my ticket, gave back car keys and off I drove home. Simple.

From start to finish the car parking process was efficient and obviously very well organised by APH. We arrived back in the UK much, much later than we had planned as the flight had been delayed and when we arrived at Gatwick Airport, they did not have enough staff at Passport Control and we were consequently further delayed. How wonderful then that the APH caoch was already at the stop after we emerged from Arrivals. The coach was a tad uncomfortable as the air conditioning wasn't working and the staff on the coach didn't seem interested in resolving this. It was a hot night/morning. I was dreading queues when we arrived back at the car park, but the operation was so efficient, I collected my keys immediately after i disembarked from the coach and I drove off very soon after that. I would recommend APH to others, but they do need to keep passengers happy by ensuring the coach air conditioning works and to show that they care if it is not working! Lots of people on the coach were not happy about the lack of cool air.

Efficent staff, clean coaches, transfer is around 10 mins and the bus stop is convenently located.

The parking site is well laid out, and the stated distance from the airport. I found the whole experience worked as described. A well-run off site parking company, in my experience.

As a first timer with APH It was unclear to me where to park my car on entering the compound so parked up in a bay and whent straight to reception.When asked at reception where my car was I said in bay H4 only to be told I had to park in the entry bays for staff to park my car.This could be made a little clearer to customers especially new customers arriving early hours in the morning and and are not at there best at that time.

The battery was flat even though we had replaced the battery about a month ago. Care should be taken that no lights are left on when the car is parked by your employees.

The carpark staff were very efficient in moving my car on arrival and the bus was ready for us..... on return again the bus was very quick in picking us up and our car was ready.... The only thing I would say is that my car was covered in bird droppings & as it had been there a week was very hard to remove......it would have been great if the roof of car and windscreen had been washed just to remove the worst of the mess...... I would use this car park again though

Superb parking solution. Excellent service, completely hassle free and great value for money. We even got cheery service on return at 2:00 in the morning. Would definitely recommend and also use again myself.
