Arrived at the parking area, processing was extremely efficient, staff were pleasant and the bus was ready to take us to the airport. Returning was equally as good and I will definitely use APH again.

Have been using APH Copthorne for some years now. Never had any problems. Would recommend them to anyone...

Found the car park very easily, transfers were comfortable and efficient. Only reqeust would be for a bus stop nearer to the entrance of the north terminal, as coming home at 2am we were tired and freezing!

Staff were very good trip to airport and back was trouble free would recommend to anyone

Only problem was our car was not where they said it was but staff were great and it was found within five minutes, I would book again.

Booked online - No problem! Directions gievn - Exact! Transfers - No waiting time at all! Overall service - Perfect! Will deffinately use again, already recommended APH to friends and family..

The instructions for finding the carpark were spot on, no probs there, we were registered and on the coach to the airport within a few mins, our driver was extremely helpful, all the staff were. The price is very reasonable, we couldn't fault the service, well done APH.

I had booked the day before as incoming flight was near midnight and then no train connections. We were stuck on M25 Junction 8/9 on that Sunday bank holiday week-end and I had missed my allocated booking in time. I called the office and was assured that I was not the only one that had called. We arrived at aph, I run into office, booked in car, jumped on the awaiting coach and kept my fingers crossed we would make the North terminal in time for our check-in (20 mins to go before check-in closed!) On arrival, bus was waiting and car was ready in park bay J, just next to the office. Would certainly recommend this offsite parking to all my friends and very happy to use APH Gatwick again.

Easy to find, uncomplicated, great to have the car for when I returned. Next time I'm going to get the service where they bring the car to you on your arrival - I thoroughly recommend APH!

Got to say probably the best service we've had from an airport parking facility. Really friendly, efficient and very quick turnround at both ends

We have used aph two years running now and both times they have been the cheapest. The car was kept safe and sound on both occasions and the people were very friendly. The coach to drop and pick us up from the airport was punctual and comfortable. Next year there is no doubt we will use aph again. A fantastic service :-)

The whole process was managed superbly and is very good value for money as we were only away for 8 days, any more longer and it would have been pricey compared to travelling to Gatwick by taxi. The staff were all very friendly even at 5:00 in the morning and were extremely helpful when I discovered in the bus on the way to the airport that I had left my mobile in the car. The staff located the phone and put it on the next bus and I was reunited with the phone at the airport (Phew!). Pick up was very easy as well, so all in all I would thoroughly recommend APH as an excellent off site parking company for Gatwick.

Normally I park at one of the longterm parking at the airport.I was pleased I tried APH Gatwick, as it was cheaper.Staff were friendly, and not to long a wait coming or going.

The transfer did take some time because of the distances involved. Otherwise all was efficient and effective.

We arrived in the early hours and got off the coach when it stopped,only to find it was the wrong terminal - the coach driver didn't say where we were but we could have asked!! Other than this the service was absolutely fine.hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

It was so quick and easy. Drive in, hand over keys, clear instructions from office staff, get on bus and get off at terminal 10 mins later. For return journey, simply reverse the process. Excellent - when you go on hiliday you have enough to think about. APH took all the extra stress out of it
