We called for a return coach when we went through customs and it was there almost as soon as we arrived at the pick up point. Roughly a 15minute journey to the carpark and the paperwork was minimal. Felt the car was secure for our whole trip.

We arrived early in the morning and the dropping off procedure was completed smoothly and quickly. The premises appeared secure and there seemed to be a decent amount of staff on site. The bus transfer in was quick and the driver helpful and friendly and loaded up all out bags and then unloaded at the other end which was a nice touch. When we returned and left the airport, the driver was ready waiting for us, however he was not as cheerful as the driver who brought us there and had a mini strop when we asked if we could stand having sat down for however many hours earlier!!!! Said he was not allowed to go with anyone standing, yet the transfer in had lots of people standing, so not quite sure what the truth is! This was the one down point in an otherwise very smooth service... There was no waiting time at all when collecting my car either. Highly recommended and transfer take no longer than 10 minutes...

Very good all round service. Well presented car park etc. with plenty of room, plus very helpful staff. I recommend APH to everyone.

The return journey had a mild hiccup as we had to wait more than 10 minutes at the open air bus stop.

Friendly efficient service but because of traffic and distance from airport the return pickup was delayed and journey time was atleast 30 mins. Carparking on airport would have avoided these delays.

Ifound this car park experience completly hassel free. Everyone conerned was helpful and polite especially the bus man who collected us after midnight. He put our cases on the bus and was eally helpful. I will thoroughly recommend this car park to all my friend and family.

APH aren't the cheapest, but they are the most reliable. Courteous, friendly coach drivers, friendly receptionists. We'll definately use them again

I was nervous of parking, which seemed a long way from Gatwick but in fact it wasn't. I followed the instructions on the booking form to a 'T' and it took me straight to the place. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The driver of the coach helped with the baggage. The coaches were punctual and explicit where to pick them up again on return. I waited approximately 7 mins on my return for a coach to come. I feel the service was excellent and I will certainly be a customer again. Ann Sephton

One thing that could have helped was that night the whole car was thick with frost, a clear windscreen when i arrived would have been VERY welcome.

Pleasant cheerful staff. Easy to follow instructions for the return pick-up. When going away this was just one part of the journey we felt really eased the stress of travelling. we would feel confident reccomending APH to our friends knowing they would be in safe hands.

Not having used a parking service before, I was a bit concerned about security but once I had arrived my worries were gone. The parking area is secure and I was pleased to know that it is 24 hours including the transfer to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend APH Gatwick to everyone. Great value for money and excellent service!

This was the first time I had used this car park and found it easily and the experience was straight forward, even on a 3 a.m. arrival back.

We are very pleased We chose APH Gatwick. The staff in the booking office were very polite and explained everything. The transfer driver was also very helpful, he loaded and unloaded our cases to and from the bus. This was excellent as we are over 60 and lifting cases onto the higher shelves can be difficult. The office, the busses and all staff are very smart, clean and tidy. Easy to find the site as directions and map are supplied on their website. We have travelled from Gatwick many times and can honestly say APH beats them all. Don't hesitate use APH. Thank You APH for a wonderful service. Mr & Mrs T Watson

Left my mobile in my car and only realised when I was in the airport. No problem. They retrieved it and put it on the next coach for me to collect at the aiport. A super service.

easy to find directions perfect easy to use and very friendly staff.. not having to try to lift heavy cases yourself on to the coach the drivers are 100% committed and the transfer is not that much longer than the near on site parking ..... comfortable clean and not having to stand as overful really really pleasant and a good start to holiday on return perfect not too long to wait and car easy to find ....well done aph parking

Great value parking, transfers were prompt and convenient. Only one small gripe, when we arrived back at 1.30 am (middle of the night), pouring down with rain, the rear window was completely down so the back seat was very wet. We know this was not down when we left so the driver who moved the car must have caught the electric windows button. Luckily no-one needed to sit in the back of the car as the seat was soaked. Otherwise a great service and will use again :)
