Easy to book, good value for money. Could not fault the service in any way. Have used before and will use again. Would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends.

We usually use APH, but have 'strayed' to others. We won't again, as APH cannot be faulted overall for convenience, price, and efficient, pleasant staff. Thank you, yet again APH !! Tony Bk

I have used APH on a few occasions and they have never disappointed me yet. They are always helpful and nice. I noticed a difference the last time - they were even better. I nearly always have a very heavy bag and this time they carried it on and off the bus both on the inward and outward journey. Its a fab service, the team are lovely and always smiley. I always research parking for travelling to get the best price but APH isnt just about price - its about service and you get it in spades.Very well done - thankyou.

I didnt realise quite how far out from the airport the APH carpark was. Unless you have lots of extra time before your flight I wouldnt recommend parking at APH gatwick. If you are driving from the M25 you will have to pass the normal turn off to Gatwick and then continue another 10/15 mins to find APH. If you have just missed a bus to take you to the airport you have to wait another 20 mins for another to drive back the way you have just driven! If you are flying to North terminal the bus drops off and picks up passengers at South Terminal first. On the return journey at North terminal I had a 5/10 min walk to find the bus stop and then another 20 min wait in freezing cold weather and to cap it all no seats available because all the passengers from South terminal got on first!

It was a bit far from the airport but provided you plan your trip early enough, it's not an issue. They take your car keys until you get back and the service is quite efficient. A bit hard to find on the car sat nav but their description on their website was spot on.

Arriving back in Gatwick on evening of 11/3 we found our car buried under a mound of snow and had to dig ourselves out and make our way out over their snow covered drives. Summary - Could do better.

I have used APH's services at a number of airports and have always found them to be a most efficient company. The car park servicing Gatwick was no exception. The check in was dealt with quickly and with a smile. The trips to and from the terminals were on time. The driver on the return trip in particular was very helpful in carrying my case onto the bus. I would not hesitate to recommend my friends and family to the use of an APH car park

It is good to do a price comparision and then to decide accordingly. it gives one the chance to be independent in their travel to and fro from home rather then travel by train /coach/ bus where you have to carry your your bags which may not be convenient at all.

Park was easy to find with clear directions given. Friendly and efficient reception staff. Helpful and courteous drivers. Pick up was straightforward and prompt.

Good value for money but the parking is some distance from the airport. This normally would not be an issue but during rush hours traffic on the road from the M23 is heavy and considerably increases the transfer time to 25 minutes. We were unlucky and arrived just as one coach left and so were sat on the next coach for 10-15mins before it left. Therefore total transfer time to North Terminal was 40 minutes.

Pleasant staff, on time, did exactly as stated on website, no worries about using again!

One of the best overall customer services I have ever experienced, right from the initial booking to retrieving my car. The bus drivers were patient in waiting for us and helpful with loading and unloading baggage to and from the bus - our driver even went to the trouble of fetching trolleys for us. The reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable with all information provided. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Will definitely use again.

Parking, transfers were fine. Of note was the help given by the drivers in loading our bags onto the bus. I will very likely use APH Gatwick again.

Having done a comparison on other car parking at Gatwick, your price was so much cheaper than all others. Perhaps we were a bit sceptical at this but we were in no way disappointed. Well done!

THis was booked as it was about 7 pounds less than on site parking at Gatwick. Firstly the booking was easy but finding the place was not, it is miles away from Gatwick and my sat nav did not like either the post code nor the co-ordinates given. So having found it I then had to wait about 15 mins before the bus set off with just me on it. So we toddle off on the trip to Gatwick and despite telling him I wanted North Terminal they go round via South - more time wasted then they drop you off at a bus stop another few mins walk from the entrance. I nearly missed my flight because of this delay. Return home was not much better - had to wait in the cold at night for 15 mins then the bus arrives and takes me back. It was 90 mins from landing till getting on my way in the car. APH easily added 30 mins either end to my plans. I value my time at more than £7 per hr and I would recommend to others to pay the extra and park on site where you are close to the terminal and easy to get on your way.
