Car park easy to find. Great customer service. Drivers very helpful and professional. Very good collection service from the airport. Would recommend anyone and will use them again.

apart from 2 long waits for coach before and end of holiday, APH were really good, I have used them before and will again if the price is right

This was our first time using APH. The park was further from Gatwick than we have been used, so the bus transfer took a bit longer and there is a fair distance to walk at the terminal. But the staff and facilities at APH are terrific, as was the price. So all in all, great value for money.

good company, does exactly what you require. Upon my return on Friday 11th Oct returned to Gatwick to monsoon like conditions, road closed heading to the M25, lady at reception told me a different route which enabled me to reach the M25 without massive delays, which I greatly appreciated.

I would use APH Gatwick again as they offer a value for money service, the staff are friendly & efficient and everything ran smoothly.

I looked online and the service described to me was exactly what I got. It was quick and easy to book and I had confirmation details within 30minutes. Before my holiday I had a reminder e-mail and when arriving at APH the process was clear and simple with helpful staff. Will definately be using them again.

I was getting late for flight but the staff helped in speedy formalities and driver was very helpful in making sure I reach airport in time. I can't expect anything any better than what I experienced. I will use this airport car parking every time.

Good experience - slightly frustrating waiting for the bus back and we couldn't all fit on but it was a good price and we felt the car was safe.

As mention3ed above the driver made all the difference: friendly ad helpful - I have severe mobility problems and appreciated his help boarding and assisting my husband with our bags. He explained that we would be travelling to South and then North Terminals and where we needed to pick up the bus on our return to Gatwick. Dropping off the car/keys and collecting the car was quick and efficient. However, as a person with severe mobility problems I would have appreciated the car being parked closer to or by Reception. My husband had to leave me with the bags while he went to collect the car. The driver on our return to APH was also very helpful. I hope this helps.
