Have used this particular car park on numerous occasions have never had any problems so will continue to use again.

The facilities were clean the office staff were friendly the drivers were proffesional helpful and amusing.

Superb value for money, great if you are out on the East Grinstead side of the M 23. Had to wait about 20 mins for coach on pick up which is about the same for others that I have used. would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.

Cannot fault the service. The facility was easy to find and an easy drive from/to the M23. Staff were efficient, friendly and the service was good value for money. The transfer time of around 10 minutes was a little longer than some other off airport car parks I have used previously, but those ones were trickier to find in the first place. I would certainly recommend APH and will be using them again myself.

It was very economical and we were pleased with the gneeral level of service. The transfer when you come home is always a little slow. we would use the compnay again. lovely drivers both ways

Prefer to park own car and keep keys. Car park someway from airport, but pricewise - a good option. Apart from time, and slight uneasyness about leaving keys, and the uncertain wait to be picked up again in the 2am chilled wind, Ive never had a problem.

Only thing I didn't like was finding the McDonald's container left in the back - surely they could have eaten somewhere other than in my car!

I trawled the web looking for the best value off site parking and must say APH was excellent value for money. Efficient friendly people on reception and well organised.

non secure,during drop off a car and hand over by staff(keys left inside)few minutes gap.Rest is the best...

Really great relaxing service to use, no problems at all, all the imformation given (map to drop off, direction to collect car is great and easy to follow.

APH are good if you are using different terminals for departure and arrival as the coach covers both. We did have a delay on the way back because of evening rush hour. I had a terrible experience with Diamond Meet and Greet at Gatwick (2 hour wait on collection) a while back so this was a good alternative and worked well at half the price.

highly recommended. only downside is the location as I had to drive quite a bit to get to M23. but overall it was super!

Only thing that let me down is the staff was asking for my car reg and details but they were there in front of them. i suppose they have to be double sure.

Found the location easily and the security of the parking that greeted us made us feel happy about leaving the car. A coach was ready and waiting once the paperwork was done and took us straight to the South Terminal. On return, there was a short wait for the coach, made worse by the fact it was 5.00am! After a drop off at the North Terminal, we were taken back to the parking site. We had our keys within two minutes and were directed to the car. The whole process was a breeze, will be using APH again.

I used Money Saving Expert to find the cheapest on offer, expecting of course a no-frills approach. However, I was very pleasantly surprised at the total ease and seamless efficiency of the service offered. The car park was precisely where they said it would be (although not obvious to the casual passer by). Signage upon arrival was simple and effective. Drop of was pleasantly handled and the coach driver waited for us as he had seen us coming. Drop off was a breeze and the return instructions (calling before immigration) was easily handled, we literally arrived at the collection point as the bus arrived. driver loaded bags was cheery and helpful. Upon return, a swing through returns as driver unloaded the bags and helpful advice upon where to find the car. So simple, it was easy. Highly recommended and would consider AHP above similar priced companies in the future. Well done all!

This is the first time I have used an airport parking service so didn't know what to expect. The directions given were excellent and the location easy to find, the service both on dropping of the vehicle and on return was very good and we were away within a few minutes of our return on the courtesy coaches. The transfer bus took approximately 15-20 mins to the north terminal (less to the south). The parking appeared very secure with gated entry and exit. I would use the service again when flying from Gatwick.

even though we arrived back from egypt very late at night all your staff were helpful and cheerful,i will use you again

The journey seemed a long way at first but because the coach was easy to access and the driver was pleasent it was totally stress free experience. Well done
