Overall for ease of use and proximity to the airport, combined with very regular transfers to the terminal, We would certainly use the car park again.

The car park staff are always pleasant and efficient. These are the people you first meet on your return home or as a visitor to the City, they're extremely welcoming and a credit to the company.

read your instructions and it is very straight forward and easy to fallow, but do remember the number of the bus stop you have to get off at when you arrive back

The coach both going to the terminal on the evening of Thursday 20th March (16.45) and returning on Sunday 30th March (14.00) was absolutely full and not big enough to accomodate all those wishing to get on and their luggage. So a more frequent service or bigger coaches needed.

It would be helpful if there were a option to have the exit card validated on arrival, as it's a bit of a hassle having to drive to the office and wait with others who are also trying to exit.

I arrived back in Edinburgh after 11:00pm and tried to telephone the number to call between 6am and 10:00pm for a pick up. Nobody was responding. Fortunately, it turned out that the bus was actually still running. The information I got initially after my booking was confusing.

A great service which un like other car parks drops you right of at the terminal building, and collects you at the same spot. We only had to wait a few minutes between buses. This will be my first choice every time now. Well done.

As our flight had been delayed coming back to Edinburgh we did not arrive until 10.30 pm. After collecting our luggage, rounding up 3 children, we then had to wait 25 mins in the rain and sleet for the bus transfer back to the car. Would have thought NCP operated a 10 min transfer like the other companies but obviously not at this time of night. We only saw one bus going to and from the car park. Would have been quicker to walk! No complaints about the staff who were all very friendly and helpful but just not enough around at night to drive another bus!

It provided me with good peace of mind that my parking was arranged. Transfers were frequent and all staff very helpful. Will definately use this service in the future, thank you

Everything was fine until our return we ended up on the wrong bus to the wrong car park I was told that there were two with the name NCP our.s was Scotpark but we had parked early am on the departure day and were not totally paying attention

it would be useful to make it clearer that bus stand 20 is at the front of the terminal and not up with the other bus stands. Otherwise an excellent service.

Confusion in finding the car park came from two sources. (1) There is another long stay park on the threshold of the airport area and (2)There is no repeater sign to keep customers going straight at the junction turning into the taxi waiting area. In the meantime until additional signage is added drivers should be advised to drive past the Hilton Hotel.

I was a 1st time user of online booking and found the service superb. A few minutes from car park to airport and on return staff at NCP office very helpful. Will certainly use this service in the future.

The past experience was excellent once we had found the place. The bus driver waited for us as we unloaded the car. The bus back to the car park was waiting outside the terminal so that we had no waiting either end. This makes such a difference particularly in the outbound flight.

In the past we have used an off site carpark and my husband had to drop me and our children at the airport then go and park the car, as they did not have the facility to transfer babies in their bus. At the NCP carpark we were able to park and wheel the pram straight onto the bus, which cut out a lot of hassle for us. It was also very good value for money, saving us £10 on our usual carpark.

Nothing to say other than the service I got is what I had expected, so no surprises there. My car was left in a secure car park, so felt confident that I would find it again!!

Being the NCP long term car park I somehow thought that the service would be easier - but I will not book there again, it was more expensive than other closer carparks in Edinburgh and it actually took me longer to get to the airport and I was left walking for quite a distance from my car to the bus pickup.

The booking procedure could not be easier, the website is clear and easy to navigate, the information provided is likewise clear and more than adequate. My only criticism, and it is not really that, more of a suggestion, is that signage in the parking area could be more refined, making the car easier to find on return. How about numbering the rows and spaces? Or, more cheaply perhaps, more pole mounted signs, e.g., Orange "D" "Rows A-B" or "Rows C-D" etc. This would help especially at night or in poor weather. But in the main the service is good. The drivers and checkout staff were polite and helpful.

I found this car park very efficient in its service, the buses to and from the airport are very regular and it is a very short transfer time (max 5 mins). The only negative I have is that as I pre-paid my booking it was not made very clear where I had to go to get my ticket validated on exit, however this only caused a few minutes delay. I would definitely use this car park again.

I thought the price incredibly competitive when I booked, but that was only the start. Transfer to terminal was quick and friendly. On return in hired car, older gentleman in all-night cabin was very kind when I succumbed to a bout of violent shivering. The gentleman made sure that I had access to heat on what was a bitterly cold night and offered to provide tea/coffee should I want. I thought his kindly manner was a real business-retainer in a competitive business. How rare and well done!
