The service and facilities are exactly as described. A well lit secure car park with frequent transfers to and from the airport. Staff both on the coaches and in the site office were helpful and friendly. The major benefit in my opinion of using NCP Long Stay is that one doesn't leave the car keys with car park staff.

booking was easy,car park was easy to find,transfers to and from airport were excelent, no complaints on security or state of car park and the gentleman in the office was friendly and cheerful when we checked out.

Other car parks lift luggage for you. The most annoying aspect,however, was that nobody seemed to know exactly what the numbers of the bus stops referred to i.e. colours ,so I ended up walking some distance. When I mentioned this at the office at the entrance the assistant more or less said nobody else was bothered. I will not be parking with you again in a hurry.

Easy to find, and got parked quickly. Bus arrived promptly. On return, bus was available immediately and staff handled my transaction well. Recommended.

Haven't used any car parks at Edinburgh Airport before so haven't really any to compare with. I would certainly use this one again though. The only thing I wasn't sure about was exactly where to get the bus, within the car park or just outside but that's just because I haven't used one before. The instructions on my printed information could maybe have made this clearer. Apart from that, service is excellent, bus stop on way back from airport is right outside the door and the staff in the portacabin very pleasant. All round, an excellent service. Thank you

The bus was at the car park within ten minutes of us arriving - there was one waiting when we returned. The car park signs could have been a bit clearer but we managed. A good experience, we would use this service again

We got parked and the buses got us to the terminal - about 5 minutes wait at the most - very efficient service and good value to book in advance.

No problems with either the car park which is close to the airport or the transfer. Would use it again without hesitation

Sign posting for the car park could be clearer - also, clearer destination signage on the return courtesy bus would be helpful to avoid confusion. A footpath to the terminal would be a good idea.

Car Park was well signposted and easy to find. There was plenty of parking spaces, you keep you car keys so you know no one has access to your car. The bus was puntual and it was only mins to the treminal, we arrived back late night to find the bus was waiting for us. Stress free would use this service again and recomend it.

On arrival at car park only had to wait a few minutes before bus arrived to transfer us to terminal building. On return, bus was waiting for the passengers, driver very helpful and pleasant. A real no hassle experience....would recommend it to friends.

Only slight negative is that although car park is close to terminal it is not easy to walk to terminal as there is no direct footpath and terminal side of car park is fenced off, perhaps this is a safety issue and they would prefer you to use the frequent courtesy bus service rather than walk through the car park.

Directions to car park good so no problem on arrival at terminal. Car park surface completely paved - no loose stones to jump about. Bus transfer good both ways. Bus stop for this carpark is right in front of terminal so very convenient especially if raining. Office staff helpful on departure. Will definately use again.

Despite initial confusion as to which of the several airport car parks available was the one booked, the process of parking and transfer to and from the sirport was smooth, efficient and helpful. The man giving the exit confimation was cheerful and much less stressed than airport staff in the terminal building.

NCP is close enough to the airport that you can walk after parking your car, however, it also has reliable pick up & drop of transfers running every few minutes, so all aspects of airport parking & transfers are covered..Customer service is also accommodating when one might need to change some details of their booking LAST MINUTE...

hassle free would recommend this service to anyone wehave used this carpark on numerous occasions without any prolems

on entering the car park , found myself a space near a bus stop and within 5 minutes was sitting on a bus heading towards airport. a short 2 minute journey and i was in the terminal building. all in all a very wall organised and punctual experience.overall a very good experience and i have used it since.very good

Glad not to have to give the keys to warden. Directions needs to be more frequently updated in order to reflect on-going road work and new road lay out.
